Level 10 is shape shift. You turn into a shark. Only works underwater.

 

You have to have at least neutral faction with either Naxos, Melos, or Skyros in order to talk to Casyndra.  You may have to try talking to her several times before she will finally talk to you.

 

Casyndra will have you kill one of three different mobs.  Razorfin [shark], A Thieving Octopus [octopus] or Minkhat [sobekite]

 

All you have to do is kill one of these three mobs and the encounter is finished.
