FranOaks Lil' Willie is a small package of dynamite. He has no idea of his size, and thinks he's Hot Stuff! I am indebted to the late Betty Francis, of Fran Oaks Japanese Chins, and her husband Bill, for the company of this beautiful boy. He carries memories of my beloved "ChinAunt", and in my eyes at least, he embodies the epitome of her breeding program.
