Having started performing at the young age of five, Paul has been involved in many different forms of performance, working with the Young Vic, as King Amycus in Jason and the Golden Fleece at the Albert Hall, Mr Big in Home and Away - The Musical, touring the UK, Hannibal the ruler of Carthage in Black Heroes in the Hall of Fame, at the Shaw Theatre and touring London, and the Wiz in The Wiz - The Soul Musical at the Hackney Empire. Pantomimes include Aladdin and Peter Pan as Mustapha and Smee.
Paul was part of the team producing The 291 Club and Sunday Selection as shown on Channel 4. He was also the first winner of the 291 Club's Talent Quest, where the prize was to sing at the infamous Showtime at the Apollo in Harlem. He also played Mavis in the TV pilot of Sunday Brunch at the Spot for Corazon Productions. Paul featured in pop videos 'It's Not a Love Thing' for Jeffrey Williams and 'Everybody Move' for Kathy Dennis. Paul played Leroy Smith in the feature film Bugsy Malone - The Movie.
Recently, Paul has been understudy for a production of The Best Time of Your Life at the Bullion Room in Hackney., and tutoring children aged 7 to 14 in the art of vocals and drama, where he has written and directed sketches with them.
This will not be Paul's first appearance in The Official Tribute to The Blues Brothers. He has been involved in a number of the UK, European and Japanese tours.
