Graham has played guitar since the age of eight, and has been involved with bands since the age of thirteen. At eighteen years of age he went to the Guitar Institute in London where he discovered blues music. He then played in various bands in the Norwich area, playing rock, blues, jazz and country music, whilst also contributing to a recording band.

Graham graduated in Popular Music in 1998 with first class honours from Salford University. Whilst at university, he toured with Billy Lewis's Drifters, played with The Supremeson part of their 1997 UK tour, worked with The Platters and played in a jazz funk band in Manchester.

After graduating, Graham visited a friend in Las Vegas and by chance ended up joining a retro swing band managed by Joe Guercio, Elvis Presley's former orchestra conductor. The band, The Sin City Suits, was featured at numerous jazz festivals across the States, in addition to performances in the casinos of Las Vegas.

Returning to England, Graham worked as resident guitarist for Butlin's, Skegness in March 1999, from which he was rescued by the opportunity to join The Official Tribute to The Blues Brothers in September the same year and subsequently toured again in the 2000/2001 UK tour. Graham also writes and records his own material.
