The '04 Solara uses 18 gauge wire to all head / fog bulb sockets. According to published specs (like those at http://www.rbeelectronics.com/wtable.htm) an 18 gauge wire should be able to safely handle up to 8 Amps @ 12 Volts with up to a 15 foot run. Since none of these bulbs draw more than 5.75 Amps each, the wires, relays and fuses are well within tolerance limits.
