Truly Clever broke great and went straight to the lead, Zest Quest stayed back a length and a half, TC continued to dominate the lead for 6 furlongs, but was beginning to tire, Zest Quest took over the lead at the three quarter pole and charged down the stretch to win by three.

Both two broke sharply, fought for lead, American Angel had neck in front most of the way, at the quarter pole, Golden Charm fell back half a length, American Angel still held her position, at the top of teh stretch, American Angel and golden Charm battled for the lead, neck and neck, with about two and a half furlongs to go, American Angel stumbled, but quickly regathered her footing, but it was to late to make a comeback, golden Charm snatched up the lead and won by 4 and a half lengths.
