These are the avatars that have been announced on the news, there are others, but I can't get pictures for them. If you would be so kind as to send us the pictures, then we'll be very happy.
You get this one by getting on the high scores table for the game Extreme Potato Counter.
You get this one by buying a blue evil fuzzle and letting your pet play with it untill you get the avatar.
This one can be got by doing the witches quests. It won't nececarily come after you do the first quest. You just have to keep doing them until you get it. I guess you can call it a semi-random event.
To get this one you must own a halloween Lupe and look at it's pet look up.
This one requires getting on the high scores table for the game Korbat's Lab.
For this one, feed your Jetsam a Pepito.
This one is one of the easiest to get, all you have to do is type "Squawk" in the chatboards. All it takes is once though!
To get this avatar, you have to have the Chokato (TCG) in your inventory. Refresh the page until you get it.
For this avatar, you have to equip the Bony Grarrl Club to your Grarrl.
For these two avatars, you have to be on mission 8 for defenders of neopia, then you beat them in the battledome.
In order to get this avatar, you must feed your Coconut Jubjub a Coconut Cocktail.
For this, feed your Skeith any item with the word Skeith in it.
Heh, to get this avatar you must have five to fifteen items with the word orange in the name in your inventory. You may get it right away, or you might have to do alot of refreshing.
You had better have all the ten original codestones in your inventory to get this avatar. You might have to refresh.
This one is a fun avatar, but can be dangerous. You buy an item from the hidden tower and put it up for trade. Refresh. There are rumors that paintbrushes and retired items don't work for this one.
For this, for this you must have the Malevolent Sentient Poogle Plushie in your inventory.
You redeem a rare item code to get the Space Faerie as a battledome challenger, then you beat her.
To get this, you have to buy an item with rarity 90 or more from the Chocolate Factory.
For this avatar, visit the neopian pound abandon side, but don't disown your pet! All you have to do is visit!
You had better visit the advice section of the Mystery Island Training School to get this avatar.

This one can be gotten by getting on the high scores table for the game Escape From Meridelle Castle.

For this you have to go to the help page and look at the look up for the Gray Faerie.
To get this, type in "angelpuss"in the search box.
Give an Angelpuss pet pet to one of your pets. Then make that pet your active pet. Refresh a few times if need be, and tada! You have a snazzy new avatar.
