4. One entry per child per category! Contest Open to children 0-18Y! I will only accept 10 entries per catergory, so you'll need to be fast when entering!
5. Divison Photos Need To Be Current(Within 5 months)...Theme & BW Do Not!
6.Please Keep Photos Under 100k in size & in .jpg or .jpeg form. If I recieve a picture bigger than 100k then I will delete it with no warning! Also, ATTACH photo's to email, do not embed or insert.
