 ______________________________________________________ Breeder acknowledges that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale. Puppy will be current on vaccines and worming. All pups must be paid in full by six weeks of age. Puppies may be shipped at 8 weeks of age weather permitting. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving the puppy. We have a 2 year health guarantee on breed-able puppies as well as a 6 month guarantee on pet quality puppies. If any life threatening illnesses are found by the vet and proper documentation is sent back with his or her signature along with the puppy. The puppy must be sent back at that expense of the buyer. ****Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or Corona virus after 48 hours of sale, as these are such highly contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately after leaving the Breeder. ***Breeder will not be responsible for local Demodex, as it has not been medically proven to be hereditary or a defect of any kind and may be brought on by simple stress among other causes. **** Breeder does guarantee this puppy for 2 full year's for vet diagnosed, generalized Demodex and for vet diagnosed life threatening congenital defects. If generalized Demodex (within 2 year) or a life threatening congenital defect is found, Breeder will replace this puppy with another of the same breed, quality and sex. The replacement will be subject to availability. The puppy will be replaced, no moneys will be refunded. The animal must be promptly returned to BuffaloCreek Kennels, at no expense to the breeder, with a document signed by the veterinarian stating the problem. BuffaloCreek Kennel will not replace puppy or refund monies due to: Worms, Coccidiosis, Giardia or any other non-life threatening puppy illness. As these are common with all puppies and are treatable illnesses the new puppy owner should take responsibility for, and see to it puppy is treated. We reserve the right to take the puppy to our vet for a second opinion. If our vet finds the same problem situation that is documented with the buyers vet. Pup replacement will come from next available litter of puppies of equal value. The guarantee is void if the dog has been denied proper medical care or has been abused with no money refunded. Pups that are stated as being sold as pet quality must be neutered or spayed by five months of age. If you have read this thoroughly and agree, a $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the puppy. I have read this agreement carefully as well as thoroughly and understand that it is a legally binding agreement.
