UPDATE 1/09/05
Well here we are in 2005 and despite my best efforts, Bart is still going strong. Frankly I am surprised that he survived the 9/11 parade intact.
But then again I found out just how brave the people of this area are when I couldn't get 100 signatures on a petition to have him removed.
Bart's 10 commandent lawsuit is going before the Supreme Court of the United States in March. Can you believe that this moron is going to be heard by the Supreme Court?
Within the next week I am going to be posting a major update. Bart is at it again folks! This time the City of Danville is the victim of his vile acts.
I will have a major update to this site detailing what Bart is not telling everyone about his campaign against Danville.

I desinged it as a "counter" to the blasphemey that Bart McQueary was spewing when he claimed that he was an atheist. Now he claims of course that he is a born again Christian called to preach that "God hates Harrodsburg". I of course believe that this is untrue.
I think that it is all a fantasy that he has made up in his mind to get more publicity. I also think that it is very bad for our town. His site is ranked rather hi in the search engines when looking for Harrodsburg.
If you read my site you will see that I have spoken with an attorney who will take the case against Bart, for free, if I can get 100 verifyable signatures on a petition. This would be under the old "banishment law" that is still on the books in Kentucky.
Basically if you can prove by the perponderance of the evidence that an individual is lowering the quality of life in a community and hindering the "Pursuit of happiness" in a community, that person can be force to move under the penelty of contempt!
While we probably cannot get him to take down his site, it would help to destroy his credibility if he didn't live here anymore. Plus he would lose any say in the voting and his voice would be nulled at city commission meetings.
But the BEST PART is that if was no longer a resident of Mercer County, HE COULD NOT PURSUE HIS TEN COMMANDMENTS LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS COUNTY!!!!! It would have to be dropped! My attorney friend as well as the federal judge that ruled for Mercer County have both verfied this!!!
He can be beaten, but it is going to take a lot of work. All we have to do is stand together. Together we have a strong voice. Seperatly we are pawns in his game.

Chances are that the Sixth Circuit will rule in his favor when he goes before them later this year. If that's the case, the Ten Commandments will be taken down. Also, I have heard that because that because channel 6 is a government regulated broadcast (FCC) Bart is planning on getting the ACLU to BLOCK ANY RELIGIOUS PROGRAMMING AIRED ON THAT CHANNEL! Once again citing "seperation of church and state".
Please it will only take a minute, forwward this to everyone you know in Mercer County. And please contact me and tell me that you are willing to sign the petition to have Bart removed from Mercer County!

If we get rid of Bart McQueary we will greatly improve the quality of life here in Mercer County. Already he has threatened to bring protests and picket against people's weddings and funerals. I for one believe that what Harrodsburg High School had to suffer through on February 19 (this Wednesday) was only a small sample of what Bart will do. This has got to stop! One of the letters on his page says that it is surprising that some of the good men in Harrodsburg haven't done something about this. I have to agree! Were are the community leaders on this? What are our elected officials doing about it? When will the ministers of these churches get together and confront Bart calling their churches "whorehouses"? When will the loved ones of people that Bart has slandered stand together and send him a message?

God Hates Harrodsburg huh? I don't think so at all. In fact I think that God loves Harrodsburg. I think that we as a community are a group of people that are fearful of God and His power.
No Bart this won't fool anyone. God loves everyone and everything. After all, he created us.
UPDATE 9/21
I was glad to see that Bart has thus far failed in his attempt to remove the Ten Commandments from the Courthouse. I should point out that Harrodsburg and the good people in it cannot rest yet.
He will get another shot at having God's laws removed when he goes before the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals in December.
Also, Bart and/or his army of "Bartites" have signed me up to all sorts of pornographic mailing lists. I now recieve up to a dozen pornographic E-Mails each day. Despite the fact that I have asked them time and time again to remove my name, it would seem that they just continue to send more.
I guess Bart thinks his new little game is cute. He has placed virtually everyone of importance's picture on a "Hot or Not" style voting list and calls it "Am I a Harrodsburg @sshole or Not".
What is it going to take to get this guy shut down. When are the people of Harrodsburg going to do something about it? When will our elected leaders set forth a motion to have him removed from our town under the old banishment law that is still on the books in Kentucky?
I need your help!
UPDATE 6/8
As you can see the petition to have Bart banished has been deleted. I got only two valid signatures. The rest of the postings were people cursing me and making crude sexual and blasphemous references.
What are the people of Harrodsburg going to say when God asks "What did you do to help defeat Satan?" Since all of you find Bart so entertaining, maybe he can keep you company when you are burning in Hell together for eternity.
Forever is a mighty long time! I'm glad that I have a clear conscious and a soul free of damnation. I only wish that I could say the same for the rest of you.
I don't want to hear another person at work, at church, or on the street complain about Bart McQueary. You had your chance to do something about him but you decided that you would keep him around. Now you have to reap what you sow.

UPDATE 5/26
I want to wish everyone a happy and safe Memorial Day.
I must say that I am very disappointed. I had thought that this project would be a popular cause. Instead, I have only managed to collect two signatures that would hold up in court. That is pretty far from my goal of 100.
If you want to sign the petition, you are going to have to use your real name. I can't go before a judge with web handles like Beefycat and Jesus Christ. This is also blasphemy.
Maybe he has all of you too afraid to do anything about it. I have actually gotten E-mails from people tell ME that I am a bad Christian for wanting to rid our town of the Devil. I even had the editor of the Harrodsburg Herald ask me to remove his name from my files! The people of Harrodsburg are acting as though I am the bad guy.
I did receive one interesting E-mail from someone who informed me that Bart may be involved in some pretty mucky stuff. I have to be careful how I handle it, so right now I am going to keep a lid on it. I just wonder if anyone will even care.
I just can't say enough how disappointed that I am with the people of Harrodsburg. Are you going to wait until Bart completely takes over the town and turns as many young people as he can away from Jesus?
What will you say when God asks you "What did you do to help defeat the Devil?"

I'm just an ordinary man. I don't know alot about computers or programming a website, but I do know that I love Harrodsburg and Jesus Christ.
Bart McQueary is a threat to our town. He has only been going strong now for about a year and already the face of our town is changing.
Who would have thought that we would be sued for posting something as wholesome as the Ten Commandments in a public place?
Who would believe that a man cannot live his life without someone posting to the whole world that his wife had an affair?
Stephen Reed made Gateway what it is today, but had to sell his company and move away just to avoid being harassed.
Bart McQueary must leave Harrodsburg. Our children must be able to grow up in the same wholesome community that we grew up in.
If Bart had his way, every church in Mercer County would be closed down and turned into a house of ill repute. Already he has filmed an obscene movie on the streets of Harrodsburg. He has used The Harrodsburg Baptist Church as a backdrop for this "skin flick."
Up until now everyone thought that there was nothing that could be done. I thought that too. I was in the little town of Bedford this weekend and I was talking to a minister friend of mine. He told me about an "undesirable" much like Bart that used to menace their town back in 1999.
He didn't have a website, but a newsletter that he published monthly. He had alot of the same stuff that Bart does, but not as bad.
After many of the parishioners complained to their pastor, he contacted an attorney friend who advised him of the "banishment law".
It works much like a public nuisance law, only it applies to people. Basically is says that if a community can prove by the preponderance of the evidence that an individual is lowering the quality of life in a community, they can be forced to move.
It is kinda like an eviction, but the person actually has to move out of the community. They cannot be "barred" but under the penalty of contempt, they cannot live in the community.
I believe that with a combination of his website and a petition signed by 100 people, I can get this same attorney to represent Harrodsburg/Mercer County and force Bart to move under this law.
I cannot do it alone. I will need all the help that I can get. Please tell everyone you know about this website. I will be posting more information about Bart McQueary that may help with this action. If you have information, please send it to me at the e-mail address below.
