I moved from webtv to pc related issues a long time ago and will be building a (long overdue) computer information webiste. I will have the link on this site. (or perhaps make it on this site). It may be a while before it is up and going, but I will have a VERY comprehensive FAQ section based on my thousands of tech support emails.
I will offer tips for win 9x, ME, 2k, and XP, as well as registry edits, and tips regarding the new V.92 standard for those of you still on dial up. I plan to touch on high speed issues as well. And as always, I will keep it simple and graphics to a minimum. A website dont have to have flashy graphics to be helpful, it just has to have information :-)
