Newport Central Catholic 33    Beechwood  29
RB Kevin Smith carried the ball 27 times for 302 yards and three touchdowns as NCC Coach Bob Schneider claimed coaching victory No. 272 to move him into fourth place on the all-time coaching list.  Beechwood was led by QB Jeff Wera who passed for 253 yards and three touchdowns. 
 
Lexington Catholic 28    East Jessamine  21
East Jessamine rallied from a 21-0 deficit to tie the game at 21 before Lexington Catholic recaptured the momentum for the win.  The Knights won despite a stellar performance by East Jessamine's Wes Coleman, who carried the ball 21 times for 181 yards and a score.

Lafayette 21    Tates Creek  14  
Lafayette overcame a 14-0 deficit to rally to a 21-14 victory over Tates Creek.  Spencer Fain scored two touchdowns and had a big defensive play to break up a pass in the end zone in the closing minute of the game.

Scott County 55    Bryan Station  6   
RB Ted Sberna scored three touchdowns to lead the Cardinals to victory. 
 
Frankfort   16   Harrodsburg   13
Chris McGowan threw an 18 yard TD pass to Brenton McNear to lead Frankfort to their fifth victory in six games this season.  Harrodsburg TB Mark Dunn gained 213 yards including TD runs of 64 and 95 yards as his team falls to 5-1 for the season. 
 
Lexington Christian Academy  51    Berea   12
LCA improves to 5-1 for the year.  Gary Krueger scored three touchdowns and Jordan Kite carried the ball 11 times for 160 yards and two touchdowns.
 
Danville 45    Owen County 10  
Danville rolled up 451 yards on total offense including 313 yards on 20 running plays.  Kelvin Turner scored on runs of 78, 20 and 1 yard. 
 
Boyle County 38    Southwestern 3  
QB Brandon Smith carried the ball 13 times for 70 yards and three touchdowns and also passed for 108 yards to lead his team to victory. 
 
Paris 41    Bath County 34  
Michael Young carried the ball 16 times for 218 yards and scored on runs of 66, 2, and 21 yards.  Young also caught five passes for 100 yards including scoring receptions of 32 and 31 yards.  Dustin Bailey scored on runs of 25, 35, and 7 yards for Bath County. 
 
Williamsburg   44   Pineville   0
Williamsburg Jr. QB Andy Greer completed 19 of 30 passes for 284 yards to lead his team to victory. 
 
Trinity  41   Eastern   10
Chris Lawson rushed for three touchdowns to lead the Shamrocks to their second consecutive victory. 
 
Western Hills   19   Anderson County   6
Sr. TB John Keene had a big night for the Wolverines as he ran for 225 yards and two touchdowns on 27 rushing attempts. 
 
Paducah Tilghman 42    Madisonville 7  
Paducah Tilghman improves to 6-0 as Joe Casey scores on TD runs of 55, 2, 48, and 5 yards. 
 
Henry Clay 48    Woodford County  7   
Aubrey White caught eight passes for 129 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Blue Devils to victory.

Bryan Sweet scored on a kickoff return of 89 yards and added a three yard TD run to lead the Royals to victory.
