Coach Mark Peach's Dunbar Bulldogs come into tonight's game undefeated and welcome back their star running back Corey Dunn, who missed last week's game with a knee injury.  Dunn has rushed for 1112 yards and 11 touchdowns on 136 attempts.  Aaron Mason has carried the ball 33 times for 332 yards and five scores.  Mason has also caught 18 passes for 398 yards and five touchdowns.  QB Josh Ellis has completed 47 of 83 passes for 887 yards and nine TD passes.  5-11 250 pound NG Steve Ritter has 21 solo tackles and 21 assisted tackles to lead the Bulldogs.  6-2 225 pound LB/DE Rick Jones has recorded five QB sacks. 

The Blue Devils of Coach Sam Simpson hopes to rebound from a 17-14 loss to Tates Creek last week and need a win to get back on track.  The ground game has been led by Isaiah Stewart, Demetric Blackburn and Marcus Commodore with 621, 471, and 427 yards respectively.  Each has scored six touchdowns on the ground.  Commodore has also caught 19 passes for 365 yards and two scores.  QB David Buchanan has completed 67 of 113 passes for 935 yards and four touchdowns.  6-0 215 pound LB Will Wheeler has 43 solo tackles and 37 assisted tackles to lead the Blue Devils.  6-3 185 pound DE Chris Dabney has recorded eight QB sacks. 

Henry Clay scored two touchdowns in the final period to hand Dunbar their first defeat of the season by a score of 19-9.  This game was played in the mud and Henry Clay took a 6-0 lead in the first quarter on a 24 yard run by QB David Buchanan.  Dunbar tied the score at 6-6 as QB Josh Ellis found a wide open Tim Jenks for a 37 yard TD pass.  The second quarter was scoreless but Carson Kerr kicked a 24 yard field goal to give Dunbar a 9-6 lead with 18 seconds remaining in the third quarter.  Henry Clay scored twice in the final period, once on a five yard run by Terry Hicks and again on a one yard run by Isaiah Stewart to claim the victory. 

Henry Clay was led on the ground by Marcus Commodore with 64 yards on four carries.  Corey Dunn led Dunbar with 84 yards on 22 carries.  Dunbar QB Josh Ellis was 14 of 27 for 156 yards and one touchdown through the air.  Aaron Mason caught six passes for 67 yards.  Dunbar outgained Henry Clay 239-230 total yards.  Dunbar held a 156-19 edge in passing, while Henry Clay held a 181-83 edge on the ground.
