Well...it’s been three months now...as I sit here at the pc in a dark room with the moonlight comming thru the french-doors..I have to say "LIFE IS GOOD"...I also have all the people wanting to know how I lost 67 pounds in three months...Mabe it’s just me...but I feel that people are much nicer to me now..mabe it’s because I feel so much nicer about myself...anyway...I’m really feeling good about this whole MGB thing..as I have told you in the past post I have not found anything that I can not eat because of the MGB..I will have to say that only after a few drinks of plain white milk I know not to drink anymore but if I use it in hot coco or something like that it is never a problem...There are several days I feel like I have never had anything done to me inside...but when I eat to fast or do not chew the food very well.. I remember real quick...I have had about a half a dozen rounds very very mild acid reflux...but only at night when I lay down in the bed ...I’m about to decide that it is caused by eating too late at night...you know this is the year I turn the big 40..but I plan on being the best 40 year old that I can be..I’ve had some friends say that me having the MGB was just a 40 thing I was going thru...WRONG... I wish I could of had it done 20 years ago , for several reasons that I’m sure all you post and pre opers know...now having my front teeth done that may very well be a 40 thing ...LOL... they start on that Jan the 16th wish me luck I only plan on having the front upper 6 done, but at 8 hundred a tooth that’s all I can afford...I do really feel good about myself now, and from here I know it is only going to get better...I still have over 50 pounds to loose but even if I never lost another pound it would still be ok with me.. I’ve went from a 3XL in shirts to a Large and I went from a 44 pants to a 36
(so thankful)..
