Marky Mark is standing with his arms folded. He tells the "babes" to check out his new film. The music begins as Marky Mark is sitting on the edge of the bed working out with weights. He jumps up from the bed and takes off his shirt, flexing his muscles.
Marky Mark is looking into the mirror and then turns and walks away. Stripping off his shirt, he throws it at the camera. Next, he picks up a microphone and sings and dances.
