Winsong was my the first Westphalian in Cyber Pony. He represents a fine example of the breed with his fluid movement and amiable temperment. With every stride he floats into the dressage ring as if he is suspended on air. Westphalians are known for their dressage ability but Winsong gives a whole new meaning to the word "grace." Winsong has every attribute needed to be a champion dressage competitor and the sire of world class foals!
Although Winsong only did a little showing with his past owner (not Kaci), she said that Winsong loved the show enviroment. "He craved the spotlight, demanding that all eyes be on him." At home he is consistantly schooling Grande Prix movements although I plan to show him Prix St. George. If Prix St. George is not too hard for him, he will be my first horse to ever reach that high of a level. I plan to train and get to know him all winter so that we will be ready to conquer the show circuit next season.
Winsong is famous for performing several Pas a Deuxs with his long time partner, Sonata, a Westphalian mare. Winsong has a slight tendancy to hog the spotlight, but it's very amusing to watch him graciously allow Sonata her time to shine. As the brilliant couple enters the ring, they compliment each other's talents. Antitem and Sonata were the perfect pair in the show ring and in producing world famous Westphalian foals.
