Special Fundraiser

Thanks to those who supported our September 7, 2001 fundraiser. Proceeds benefit Harbor House Women's Shelter.

Harbor House Thrift Store

Harbor House needs volunteers to work at our Thrift Store located at 129 Letcher Street. If you can donate a few hours of your time on a weekly or monthly basis it would be greatly appreciated.

Call Linda at 826-9179 or Judy at 827-8026 for more information. Harbor House Thrift Store is a volunteer based non-profit organization. All income generated by our store goes directly to benefit the homeless. Donations are always welcome and may be dropped off at the store. Visit our store for a wonderful shopping experience. Not only will you find bargains but will gain satisfaction in knowing you helped the homeless in your community.

Women's Shelter

We would like to thank all those who have donated to the women's shelter. Your gifts of food, clothing, furniture and money has been so much appreciated.

Our home is a peaceful Christian shelter where those who find themselves homeless can come to draw from the love of God. You will find lots of love, friendship, guidance and encouragement.

We encourage the ladies to find a job, start a savings account, attend Bible studies and begin to work through this hard time in their life.
We love every lady that comes here and sometimes it is sad to see them leave.

We are filled to capacity and look forward to a bigger place so we can help more women.
