Carolyn Williams

On May 12th, 2000 between 4am and 9:30am, Gregory Rhodes went into Carolyn Williams' apartment in Louisville, KY and murdered her. He confessed this to several of his family members before fleeing to Atlanta, GA by bus. He is an ex- con and has said that he won't be taken alive. He has a crack- cocaine addiction. May be working at a temp. service doing manual labor. Has served time in prison for kidnapping, rape, and robbery. Considered armed and dangerous. Considered suicidal.
Please do not try to apprehend him yourself, report any information to your local Police or FBI. The family of Carolyn Williams' thanks you for any help you might be in capturing the killer of their loved one.

KY Circuit Court Warrant on file for Capital Murder.
He also goes by the name "Penn" Rhodes.
