Butterfinger Delight

1 layer chocolate cake
1 small box instant chocolate pudding mix--mix as directed
1 small Cool Whip
3 bars Butterfinger candy--crushed

Place one half layer of cake in bottom of bowl. ( I cut the cake in chunks) Spread half the pudding, half the Cool Whip, half the candy; repeat layers. Refrigerate.

Fruit Salad

1 can cherry pie filling
6 bananas
1 can mandarin oranges -- drained
1 can pineapple chunks -- (20 oz.) drained

Slice bananas; add cherry pie filling, covering bananas thoroughly. Add mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks. Chill until ready to serve.

Pineapple Cake

2 eggs
2 C. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 can crushed pinapple with juice -- (20 oz.)
1 C. pecans

Combine eggs and sugar; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in 9 1/2 X 13" cake pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Frosting:
8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients and spread on cooled cake.

Judy's Triple Chocolate Surprise

1 package chocolate cake mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 small pk. chocolate pudding mix
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. water

Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Mix cake mix, sour cream, pudding mix, chocolate chips, oil, eggs, and water in bowl by hand. Pour into crockpot. Cover and cook on Low for 6-8 hrs. or High for 3-4 hours. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.

Too Easy Peach Cobbler

2 1/2 cups sliced peaches
5 white bread slices crusts removed
2 tablespoons flour
1 egg beaten
3/4 cup margarine -- melted
1 cup sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut each bread slice into five fingers. Place peaches in a buttered 8x8 pan. Place bread fingers over peaches. Mix sugar, flour, egg and melted margarine and pour over bread. Bake 35-45 minutes or until golden brown.
