Each member of HC needs to read the rules of the SPCA. These rules are very important and will be inforced in shows, races, and other events in Horse Crazy. All HC rules apply, in addition to these rules.
Rules
Mares may not be shown while they are in foal (except in halter) or until the foal is weaned.
No horse may be entered in more than 10 riding classes per day.
No horse may race more than once a day. (That's not the way it is in real life, but this is SIM time, so a day could be a week, it could be a month, etc.)
Racehorses may not compete in any event except racing (and halter) until they are retired from racing.
All horses must have a farrier visit every 6-8 weeks.
All horses must be wormed.
All horses must have a vet check-up at least twice a year (includes coggins test, teeth floated, etc.).
Stable owners must purchase enough feed for all of the horses stabled there. (No, you can't grow all of your feed.)
No overworking, abusing, or neglecting your horses. (Not that anyone here would abuse their horse, but I need to say that just in case. :)
If any of these rules are violated, you will receive one warning. After that, we will take away your horse(s) until we think you are ready to take care of them. On the third offence, you will be fined $5000 per horse. On the fourth offence, you will be fined $20,000 per horse. If you continue to break a rule, your horses will be taken away and sold at auction.
