I wanted to make this section so that you as the viewer, can maybe learn more about the series and understand why I and hundered's of other's like it so much.

Dragon Ball
The birth of the world of Dragon Ball began right here as a manga made by a man by the name of Akira Toriyama who has created a comical series which would start the series, which then lead to Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT. Dragon Ball, without a doubt is the most humerous and witty part of Dragon Ball, with it's younger breed of character's and it's perverted older one's. It begin's with the story of Gokuu, a brave, innocent young boy with incredible powers who is plunged into a mystical adventure that is played out in exoctic lands filled with noble warriors, beatiful princesses, shapechanging monsters, armies of ruthless villains and a kooky, wise old man. In closing I leave you with this qoute-

"Deep within the Earth's core a fire rages. Within the heart of this fire dwells the eternal Dragon, a magical beast of limitless power that can be summoned from his fiery lair only when the seven Dragon Balls - now scattered over the face of the earth - are found and brought together. When the seven magic Dragon Balls are united, the Eternal Dragon will appear before the adventurer who brought them together and grant that person a single wish. Then, once more the balls will be scattered to the four winds, and the dragon beast will return to his fiery lair until another brave or foolish soul rediscovers the balls and tries to bring them together again."

Dragon Ball Z
Dragon Ball Z is the follow up to Dragon Ball. All our hero's from Dragon Ball are now grown up, and with that we find a new slew of characters and the birth of children produced from elder characters, one notable is the son of Gokuu, Gohan. Although this series stears further away from Comical situations, it is very action oriented and on an average you will be going episode by episode to destroy some enemies. This is the series that made Dragon Ball so popular in the states, and with the action contained it's no wonder why.

Dragon Ball GT
The last peice of the Dragon Ball series, but one of the more interesting. You see in this one, we see that Gokuu is a mere child through a lot of it, and all of the character's are adult's or are on there way to being one. I have only seen episodes 1-6 of GT, but I intend to get the whole series subbed. I do know that Gokuu goes SSJ4 in this series, which is something to look forward to seeing, because he only goes up to SSJ3 in DBZ. Oh, and Akira Toriyama did not take part in the creation of GT, I don't know an over lot, but I hope to learn more about GT...which in longer terms means Dragon Ball Grand Tour.

Akira Toriyama
The author of Dragon Ball is Toriyama Akira, born on April 5, 1955 in Aichi Prefecture. In 1974, he graduated from the design department of the prefectural industrial highschool and proceeded to work at an advertising design firm. He got tired of the company and decided to take up drawing manga. Akira Toriyama is the successor to Osamu Tezuka, and followed his great success Dr. Slump, which according to charts sold 28, 110, 000 copes and spawned a 400-episode animated series which was rated number 1 in Japan. And of course we cannot forget about Dragon Ball.
