Model coach Candace Wells started the following lineup: 5-7 Fr. Mary Taylor, 5-3 Fr. McKenna Tuttle, 5-10 Sr. Peyton Erslan, 5-3 Sr. Sophie Austin, and 5-3 Jr. Savanna Gullett.  Madison Southern coach Summer Simmons countered with 5-8 Jr. Zaria Carter, 5-7 Sr. Paige Carter, 5-9 So. Aleigh Richardson, 5-6 So. Sunni Walters, and 5-8 Fr. Samantha Cornelison.

Madison Southern led 26-18 at halftime but the Lady Eagles pulled away in the second half to defeat Model by a score of 59-29.  Madison Southern shot 44.2% from the field including six of 15 from the three point line.  The Lady Eagles connected on seven of 12 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 29 points off 24 Model turnovers.  Model shot 25.6% from the field including four of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Patriots connected on five of nine free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 12 Madison Southern turnovers.

Samantha Cornelison led Madison Southern with 14 points including three three point baskets, nine rebounds, and two steals.  Paige Carter added 12 points and four rebounds.  Aleigh Richardson recorded 10 points.  Zaria Carter chipped in with three points, nine rebounds, five assists, and four steals.

Peyton Erslan led Model with 10 points including two three point baskets, five rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Savanna Gullett added eight points including two three point baskets and three rebounds.  5-6 8^th Grade Keaton Hall recorded five points, three rebounds, and three assists.

Wayne County defeated Pulaski County by a score of 62-46.  Wayne County shot 52% from the field including two of 10 from the three point line.  The Lady Cardinals connected on 24 of 33 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored six points off 14 Pulaski County turnovers.  Pulaski County shot 33% from the field including seven of 27 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Maroons connected on nine of 19 free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored two points off 20 Wayne County turnovers.

Macey Blevins led Wayne County with 38 points including 20 of 22 free throws, seven rebounds, four assists, and five steals.  Alyssa Conn added 13 points.  Mallory Campbell pulled down seven rebounds.

Haylee Ridner led Pulaski County with 17 points including three three point baskets and five rebounds.  Heidi Thompson added 11 points.

Lafayette defeated Frederick Douglass by a score of 73-68.  The score was tied four times and there were three lead changes in the game.  Lafayette shot 49.1% from the field including eight of 21 from the three point line,  The Generals connected on nine of 15 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 28 points off 22 Frederick Douglass turnovers.  Frederick Douglass shot 46.6% from the field including eight of 17 from beyond the arc.  The Broncos connected on six of 11 free throws, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored 21 points off 21 Lafayette turnovers.

6-1 Sr. Devontae Hayes led Lafayette with 25 points and seven rebounds.  Hayes was 12 of 15 from the field and one of two free throws.  Eric Powell added 12 points and four rebounds.  Evan Dreux recorded 12 points, three rebounds, and three assists.
