Danville utilized their big play capabilities on offense, defense, and special teams to defeat Lexington Christian Academy 34-28 and avenge a regular season loss at the hand of the Eagles.  Danville improves their record to 11-2 and hands Lexington Christian Academy (12-1) their first loss of the season.  Danville recorded 14 first downs and 351 yards of total offense.  The Admirals were penalized three times for 20 yards and lost a fumble.  Lexington Christian Academy recorded 29 first downs and 482 yards of total offense.  The Eagles were penalized five times for 25 yards, lost a fumble, and had one pass intercepted.

Donlevy Harris led Danville’s ground game with 69 yards on 15 carries.  Zack Dampier completed 18 of 26 passes for 277 yards and three touchdowns.  Ellison Stanfield caught six passes for 115 yards and a touchdown.  Dmauriae VanCleave added eight receptions for 115 yards.  David Walker caught two passes for 33 yards and a touchdown.  Donlevy Harris added two receptions for 14 yards and a touchdown.  Dmauriae VanCleave returned one kickoff for 99 yards and a touchdown.  Donlevy Harris led the defense with 11 solo and seven assisted tackles.  Jaleel Warren added six solo and five assisted tackles.  Zach Thornton recorded two solo and nine assisted tackles.  Dmauriae VanCleave added six solo and one assisted tackles and intercepted one pass he returned 97 yards for a touchdown.

Dillon Wheatley led LCA’s ground game with 160 yards and two touchdowns on 33 carries.  Brayden Miller completed 26 of 41 passes for 292 yards and two touchdowns with one interception.  Ryan Stucky caught 10 yards for 114 yards and a touchdown.  Caelan Lebryk added five receptions for 55 yards.  Wade Drake caught four passes for 47 yards.  Drayden Burton added three receptions for 40yards.  Dillon Wheatley caught three receptions for 22 yards and a touchdown.  Drayden Burton returned three kickoffs for 62 yards.  Clay Elliot led the defense with five solo and four assisted tackles.  Brett Wilkins added two solo and eight assisted tackles.  Jed Green recorded six solo tackles.

Lexington Catholic took a 7-0 lead but Central scored 30 unanswered points to earn a 30-7 victory and improve their record to 8-5.  Lexington Catholic was hampered tonight due to the absence of RB Dameon Jones (knee injury) and finished their season at 7-6.  Central recorded 25 first downs and 471 yards of total yardage.  The Yellow Jackets were penalized eight times for 82 yards.  Lexington Catholic recorded 15 first downs and 274 yards of total offense.  The Knights were penalized five times for 55 yards.

C. Jones led Central’s ground game with 111 yards on 15 carries.  Corey Johnson carried the ball 28 times for 102 yards and two touchdowns.  James Simpson added 30 yards on seven carries.  James Simpson completed 11 of 21 passes for 230 yards and two touchdowns.  Ukruri Baker caught four passes for 114 yards and a touchdown.  Rico White added three receptions for 61 yards and a touchdown.  Luke Bowman led the defense with 10 solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a three yard loss.  Jonathan Dooley added five solo tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling five yards.  Trey Williams recorded three solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a 15 yard loss.

Kirk Fagot led Lexington Catholic’s ground game with 93 yards and a touchdown on 20 carries.  Kirk Fagot completed 11 of 22 passes for 140 yards.  Ben Buchignani caught two passes for 56 yards.  Bo Bennington also caught two passes for 54 yards.  Eric Sottile returned three kickoffs for 56 yards with a long return of 21 yards.  Jack Fagot led the defense with 10 solo and one assisted tackles.  Jonathan Dooley added five solo tackles.  Trey Williams recorded three solo and one assisted tackles with one of his losses resulting in a 15 yard loss.  Sid Sharp added five solo tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 19 yards.

Scott County defeated Ryle by a score of 42-40 in a real nail biter tonight in Georgetown.  Ryle had a chance to tie the score with 32 seconds remaining in the game but failed on a two point conversion.  Ryle recovered the ensuing onside kick but Scott County’s Glenn Covington intercepted a pass to end the drive.  Ryle finishes the season at 12-1 while Scott County improves to 11-2.  Scott County recorded 21 first downs and 444 yards of total offense.  The Cardinals were penalized 12 times for 108 yards and lost a fumble.  Ryle recorded 27 first downs and 457 yards.  The Raiders were penalized seven times for 42 yards and had a pass intercepted.

Jacob Burton led Scott County’s ground game with 155 yards and four touchdowns on 24 carries.  Kendrick Hamilton carried the ball 16 times for 108 yards.  Brice Fryman added 73 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries.  Josh Davis completed four of eight passes for 103 yards and a touchdown.  Glenn Covington caught two passes for 31 yards and a touchdown.  Kendrick Hamilton and Brice Fryman each caught one pass for 43 and 29 yards respectively.  Kendrick Hamilton returned two kickoffs for 70 yards with a long return of 43 yards.  Cooper Robb led the defense with seven solo and two assisted tackles.  Cooper Watts added five solo and one assisted tackles.  KJ Christopher and Berk Watts each recorded four solo and three assisted tackles.  Glenn Covington intercepted a pass.

Jacob Chisholm led Ryle’s ground game with 177 yards and two touchdowns on 24 carries.  Tanner Morgan completed 20 of 30 passes for 262 yards and four touchdowns with one interception.  Bryce Ashley caught 10 passes for 141 yards and two touchdowns.  Jacob Chisholm added five receptions for 64 yards and a touchdown.  Stefan Clarkson added a 21 yard scoring reception.  Justin Selby led the defense with nine solo and four assisted tackles.  Jackson High added seven solo and two assisted tackles.  C. Demetrakis recorded four solo and five assisted tackles.

Lafayette improves to 12-1 with a 63-41 victory over Simon Kenton who finishes the season at 11-2.  Lafayette utilized a balanced offense (371 yards and five touchdowns on the ground) and (216 yards and three touchdowns threw the air) and also scored on a63 yard kickoff return and did not have any turnovers tonight.  Lafayette controlled the time of possession 34:58-13:02 and ran 82 plays compared to 45 for Simon Kenton.  Lafayette recorded 28 first downs and 587 yards of total offense.  The Generals were penalized 12 times for 126 yards.  Simon Kenton recorded 15 first downs and 417 yards of total offense.  The Pioneers were penalized twice for 30 yards and had four passes intercepted.

Cameron Morgan led Lafayette’s ground game with 250 yards and two touchdowns on 32 carries.  Walker Wood carried the ball 24 times for 112 yards and three touchdowns.  Walker Wood completed 12 of 22 passes for 216 yards and three touchdowns.  Quinten Brown caught eight passes for 137 yards and two touchdowns.  Dekwan Edwards added one reception for 45 yards and a touchdown.  Ean Shaw returned one kickoff 63 yards for a touchdown.  Ean Shaw led the defense with eight solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a nine yard loss.  Jordan Thomas added four solo and one assisted tackles and intercepted a pass.  Austin Blake recorded three solo and two assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 10 yards.  DaMarco Fishback, Kuantaze Cooper, and Bryan Jackson intercepted one pass each with return yards of 46, 0, and 24 yards respectively.

Dylan Hampton led Simon Kenton’s ground game with 18 yards on seven carries.  Cam Racke completed 11 of 19 passes for 258 yards and five touchdowns with two interceptions.  Matt Shearer completed three of six passes for 108 yards and one touchdown with two interceptions.  Luke Vance caught five passes for 127 yards and two touchdowns.  Fisher Hayden recorded four receptions for 208 and three touchdowns.  Timmy Cottrell caught a six yard touchdown pass.  Luke Vance returned two kickoffs for 74 yards with a long return of 60 yards.  JJ Courtney led the defense with seven solo and three assisted tackles.  Brian Carter added six solo and five assisted tackles.  Trent Kincaid recorded seven solo tackles.

Lexington Christian Academy improves to 12-0 with a 47-14 victory over Somerset who finishes the season at 7-5.  LCA recorded 23 first downs and 523 yards of total offense.  The Eagles were penalized four times for 35 yards, lost a fumble, and had two passes intercepted.  Somerset recorded 13 first downs and 213 yards of total offense.  The Briar Jumpers were penalized five times for 30 yards and had two passes intercepted.

Dillon Wheatley led Lexington Christian Academy’s ground game with 229 yards and two touchdowns on 36 carries.  Brayden Miller carried the ball eight times for 58 yards and a touchdown.  Brayden Miller completed 10 of 16 passes for 217 yards and three touchdowns with two interceptions.  Ryan Stucky caught two passes for 59 yards and a touchdown.  Dillon Wheatley added two receptions for 57 yards and a touchdown.  Drayden Burton recorded three receptions for 54 yards.  Wade Drake added three receptions for 47 yards and a touchdown.  Clay Elliot led the defense with eight solo and three assisted tackles and intercepted a pass.  Will Mayo added two solo and seven assisted tackles.  Drayden Burton recorded three solo and one assisted tackles and intercepted a pass for a touchdown.

Jordan Doan led Somerset’s ground game with 61 yards on 18 carries.  Mason Reese completed 11 of 21 passes for 119 yards and one touchdown with two interceptions.  Josh Cornett caught two passes for 37 yards.  Chase Madden added three receptions for 35 yards.  Jordan Doan caught an eight yard touchdown pass.  Jordan Doan returned one punt for 57 yards.  Chance Stayton punted seven times for a 40.6 yard average with one punt inside the 20 yard line.  Ty Tevis led the defense with four solo and seven assisted tackles with one interception.  Chase Madden added three solo and seven assisted tackles.  Tristan Purcell recorded four solo tackles and one interception.

Lexington Catholic rolled up 403 yards and eight touchdowns on 45 rushing attempts (9.0 average per carry) on their way to a 53-14 victory over Bardstown.  Lexington Catholic improves to 7-5 while Bardstown finishes their season at 10-2.  Lexington Catholic recorded 25 first downs and 623 yards of total offense.  The Knights were penalized eight times for 67 yards.  Bardstown recorded 15 first downs and 280 yards of total offense.  The Tigers were penalized seven times for 137 yards.

Austin Pedroche led Lexington Catholic’s ground game with 166 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries.  Kirk Fagot carried the ball 14 times for 160 yards and three touchdowns.  Dameon Jones carried the ball 10 times for 72 yards and two touchdowns.  Keith Brinkman added 19 yards and two touchdowns on five carries.  Beau Allen completed 11 of 16 passes for 196 yards.  Kirk Fagot completed both his passes for 21 yards.  Luke Powell completed his only pass for three yards.  Sam Hodges caught four passes for 23 yards.  Bo Bennington added three receptions for 105 yards.  Gavin Cameron caught two passes for 26 yards.  Austin Pedroche caught one pass for 41 yards.  Eric Sottile led the defense with seven solo and one assisted tackles.  Jack Fagot added four solo and three assisted tackles.  Sid Sharp recorded four solo and two assisted tackles.

Tariq Armour led Bardstown’s ground game with 41 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries.  Santrel Farmer completed 13 of 25 passes for 182 yards and a touchdown.  DeOndre Boggs caught six passes for 81 yards.  TreJan Walls added three receptions for 86 yards and a touchdown.  DeOndre Boggs returned two kickoffs for 100 yards with a long return of 86 yards.  Drew Mason led the defense with nine solo and four assisted tackles.  Santrel Farmer added six solo tackles.  Mikhemi Livers recorded five solo tackles.

Lafayette dominated play tonight and improved their record to 11-1 with a 49-13 victory over Tates Creek who finishes the season at 6-6.  Lafayette recorded 26 first downs and 538 yards of total offense.  The Generals were penalized nine times for 70 yards.  Tates Creek recorded nine first downs and 156 yards of total offense.  The Commodores were penalized five times for 52 yards, lost a fumble, and had a pass intercepted.

Cameron Morgan led Lafayette’s ground game with 150 yards and a touchdown on 22 carries.  Walker Wood carried the ball 15 times for 109 yards and three touchdowns.  Walker Wood completed 16 of 21 passes for 217 yards and two touchdowns.  Dekwan Edwards caught five passes for 48 yards and a touchdown.  Teandre Newcome added four receptions for 99 yards and a touchdown.  Cameron Morgan added three receptions for 22 yards.  Ean Shaw led the defense with three solo and one assisted tackles and scored on a 25 yard interception return.  R. Hargrove added three solo tackles.

Laron Warner led Tates Creek’s ground game with 11 yards on seven carries.  Cameron Workman completed eight of 16 passes for 56 yards.  Luke Duby completed seven of 12 passes for 87 yards with one interception.  Jackson Beerman caught seven passes for 84 yards.  Elijah Johnson added three receptions for 23 yards.  Elijah Johnson returned a kickoff 60 yards for a touchdown.  Dylan Adkins led the defense with nine solo and four assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling six yards.  Jaden Baird added five solo and three assisted tackles.

Scott County improves to 10-2 for the season and advances in the playoffs with a 46-19 victory over Conner who finishes their season at 9-3.  While the statistics were relatively even Scott County was an impressive four of five with four touchdowns on red zone scoring chances.  Conner did not have an answer for the duo of Brice Fryman (9 carries 132 yards four touchdowns) and Jacob Burton (14 carries 95 yards two touchdowns) who led the powerful Scott County ground game.  Scott County recorded 17 first downs and 328 yards of total offense.  The Cardinals were penalized seven times for 57 yards and lost a fumble.  Conner recorded 18 first downs and 340 yards of total offense.  The Cougars were penalized four times for 41 yards and lost a fumble.

Brice Fryman led Scott County’s ground game with 132 yards and four touchdowns on nine carries.  Jacob Burton carried the ball 14 times for 95 yards and two touchdowns.  Josh Davis completed two of three passes for 28 yards and a touchdown.  Landon Easley caught one pass for 21 yards and a touchdown.  Brice Fryman returned one kickoff for 54 yards.  Cooper Watts led the defense with seven solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a seven yard loss.  Berk Watts added five solo and one assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in an eight yard loss.  Sam Sutton and Zane Wilson also each recorded five solo and one assisted tackles.  Colby McKee added three solo and one assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 20 yards.

Armand Jackson led Conner’s ground game with 118 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries.  Walker Buelow completed 13 of 22 passes for 205 yards and two touchdowns.  Cody Buckler caught five passes for 57 yards.  Brian Manning added two receptions for 108 yards and two touchdowns.  Austin Cain led the defense with seven solo tackles.  Cody Buckler added six solo tackles.  Bryce Wade and Troy Greenlee each recorded five solo tackles.

TK Stone rallied from a 16-8 deficit after three quarters to defeat Lexington Catholic by a score of 28-16.  TK Stone recorded 16 first downs and 297 yards of total offense.  They were penalized five times for 29 yards and had a pass intercepted.  Lexington Catholic recorded eight first downs and 154 yards of total offense.  The Knights were penalized seven times for 55 yards and had four passes intercepted.

Camden Williams led TK Stone’s ground game with 12 yards on four carries.  Clay Games completed 19 of 34 passes for 279 yards and four touchdowns with one interception.  Camden Williams caught nine passes for 106 yards and two touchdowns.  Jaquias Franklin added seven receptions for 154 yards and a touchdown.  Khia Sherrard added a 17 yard touchdown reception.  Zachary Kloclow led the defense with one solo and five assisted tackles.  Andrew Helton added one solo and four assisted tackles.  Kam Sherrard intercepted one pass he returned 24 yards.  Jaquias Franklin intercepted a pass and Camden Williams intercepted two passes with 30 yards on the returns.
