Belfry defeated South Oldham by a score of 14-8 in a hard played, well contested game.  Belfry recorded 11 first downs and 278 yards of total offense.  The Pirates were penalized nine times for 73 yards.  South Oldham recorded six first downs and 150 yards of total offense.  They were penalized twice for 11 yards and had a pass intercepted.

D. Francis led Belfry’s ground game with 84 yards on 13 carries.  Peyton Hensley carried the ball 12 times for 78 yards.  Seth Mounts completed three of six passes for 90 yards and two touchdowns.  Isaac Spears caught two passes for 78 yards and two touchdowns.  I. Birchfield led the defense with five solo tackles.  D. Francis added three solo and one assisted tackles.  Jacob Baisden recorded two solo tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 13 yards.  Ben Bentley intercepted a pass.

Keaton Martin led South Oldham’s ground game with 104 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries.  Anthony Pierce completed two of four passes for seven yards with one interception.  Keaton Martin completed his only pass for 36 yards.  E. Bednarczyk caught one pass for 36 yards.  Tyrelle Love led the defense with four solo and five assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a three yard loss.  John Downing added four solo and three assisted tackles.  Keaton Martin recorded two solo and seven assisted tackles.

Johnson County defeated Meade County by a score of 47-22.  Johnson County recorded nine first downs and 265 yards of total offense.  They were penalized seven times for 35 yards and lost a fumble.  Meade County recorded 10 first downs and 241 yards of total offense.  They were penalized twice for 10 yards, lost a fumble, and had two passes intercepted.

Bryce Tackett led Johnson County’s ground game with 92 yards and two touchdowns on five carries.  Cody Rice carried the ball three times for 65 yards and a touchdown.  Dalton Lawrence carried the ball three times for 35 yards and a touchdown.  Jaylyn Allen completed his only pas for 40 yards.  Cody Rice caught one pass for 40 yards.  Hunter McCloud led the defense with three solo and five assisted tackles and recovered a fumble.  Devin Johnson added three solo and three assisted tackles.  Blayne Baldwin recorded five solo tackles.  Drew Stumbo added three solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 14 yards.  Weston Rice and Cody Rice scored on interception returns of 68 and 41 yard respectively.

Triston Ison led Meade County’s ground game with 94 yards and two touchdowns on eight carries.  Waylon Allen carried the ball four times for 39 yards.  Jack Parker completed five of 12 passes for 90 yards.  Triston Ison caught three passes for 79 yards.  Lewtin Yates led the defense with four solo tackles.  Will Millay added two solo and two assisted tackles.  Cole Knoop recorded two solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling six yards.  Mitchell Dozier recovered a fumble.

Bowling Green rolled up 351 yards of total offense in a 38-8 victory.  Bowling Green recorded 14 first downs and 351 yards of total offense.  The Purples were penalized seven times for 72 yards.  Union recorded nine first downs and 139 yards of total offense.  They were penalized four times for 35 yards and lost a fumble.

Vito Tisdale led Bowling Green’s ground game with 122 yards and two touchdowns on 11 carries.  Evan Spader carried the ball eight times for 80 yards and a touchdown.  Joseph Boyd added 42 yards on one carry.  Max Payne completed two of five passes for 43 yards and a touchdown.  Vito Tisdale completed his only pass for 49 yards and a touchdown.  Scott Brown caught a 49 yard touchdown pass and D’Andre Boyd added a 32 yard scoring reception.  Vito Tisdale led the defense with nine solo and three assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling eight yards.  Evan Spader added seven solo and two assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling three yards.  Tucker Prieskorn recorded five solo tackles.

Kyle England led Union’s ground game with 108 yards and a touchdown on 18 carries.  Keegan Stanken completed seven of 12 passes for 49 yards.  Seth Grigson caught two passes for 14 yards.  Tyson Keller added two receptions for 12 yards.  Gage Reid led the defense with four solo and one assisted tackles.  Luke Bradshaw added three solo and one assisted tackles.

Northern Pulaski defeated Crosby by a score of 50-6.  Northern Pulaski recorded nine first downs and 279 yards of total offense.  They were penalized eight times for 56 yards.  Crosby recorded eight first downs and 151 yards of total offense.  They were penalized three times for 15 yards and had a pass intercepted.

Ethan Ware led Northern Pulaski’s ground game with 91 yards and a touchdown on three carries.  Austin Mankin carried the ball three times for 74 yards and a touchdown.  Kaleb Adams completed four of five passes for 87 yards and two touchdowns.  Ethan Ware caught one pass for 32 yards and a touchdown.  Jacob Shepherd added one reception for 22 yards and a touchdown.  Ian Ware also scored on a kickoff return of 63 yards.  Austin Mankin led the defense with six solo and two assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 13 yards.  Ian Ware added two solo and two assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling nine yards.  Zach Huff recorded two solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a nine yard loss.  Jacob Shepherd intercepted a pass he returned 90 yards for a touchdown.

Wynton Johnson led Crosby’s ground game with 98 yards and a touchdown on 13 carries.  Wynton Johnson completed three of seven passes for 62 yards.  Brendan Brown completed two of five passes for 22 yards with one interception.  Brendan Brown caught two passes for 30 yards.  Wynton Johnson added two receptions for 22 yards.  Pierce Humpich caught one pass for 32 yards.  Wynton Johnson led the defense with three solo and one assisted tackles.  Will Glass added three solo tackles.

Javy Bunton scored on a six yard run and Tyler Strode passed to Dez Wilson with 48 seconds left in the game to give Bowling Green an 8-0 victory over Christian Academy of Louisville.  Bowling Green recorded eight first downs and 115 yards of total offense.  The Purples were penalized six times for 44 yards and lost two fumbles.  Christian Academy of Louisville recorded eight first times and 115 yards of total offense.  The Centurions were penalized 12 times for 119 yards. 

Javy Bunton led Bowling Green’s ground game with 67 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries.  Tyler Strode completed his only pass for 25 yards.  Seth Rainville caught one pass for 25 yards.  Dez Wilson led the defense with five solo and two assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a three yard loss.  Tucker Strode added four solo and three assisted tackles.  Rylee DeLeon recorded four solo and one assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling six yards.

Christian Academy of Louisville scored on a 61 yard punt return with 4:04 left in the final quarter to earn a 16-14 come-from-behind victory over Mayfield.  CAL recorded seven first downs and 132 yards of total offense.  The Centurions were penalized four times for 37 yards, lost two fumbles and had a pass intercepted.  Mayfield recorded nine first downs and 142 yards of total offense.  The Cardinals were penalized four times for 30 yards and had a pass intercepted.

H. Zimmerer led CAL’s ground game with 66 yards on 14 carries.  Grant Russell completed four of eight passes for 33 yards with one interception.  H. Zimmerer caught two passes for 25 yards.  J. Sutherland scored on a 61 yard punt return.  Braeden Babin led the defense with two solo and three assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a five yard loss.  J. Sutherland and A. Sabatino added three solo tackles each.  Austin Coleman recorded two solo and two assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 10 yards. 

Alonzo Daniel led Mayfield’s ground game with 12 yards on eight carries.  M. Dunbar carried the ball three times for five yards and two touchdowns.  Jayden Stinson completed 15 of 18 passes for 140 yards with one interception.  Kade Neely caught five passes for 47 yards.  Diaz Perry added four receptions for 64 yards.  Alonzo Daniel led the defense with six solo and three assisted tackles.  Diaz Perry added five solo and two assisted tackles.  Tyus Jackson recorded three solo and three assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a six yard loss and recovered a fumble.  Quentin Perry also recovered a fumble and T. Halliburton intercepted a pass.

Pikeville defeated Meece by a score of 30-6.  Pikeville recorded 10 first downs and 248 yards of total offense.  They were penalized three times for 25 yards.  Meece recorded nine first downs and 123 yards of total offense.  They were penalized seven times for 35 yards, lost a fumble and had a pass intercepted.

Jackson Hensley led Pikeville’s ground attack with 31 yards on 13 carries.  Grayson Harris carried the ball12 times for 27 yards and two touchdowns.  P. Boyd-Blair completed four of 12 passes for 151 yards and a touchdown.  B. Birchfield caught two passes for 69 yards.  Seth Pugh caught a 59 yard touchdown pass.  P. Boyd-Blair led the defense with five solo tackles.  B. Birchfield was a terror on defense tonight as he recorded four solo and one assisted tackles with 4.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 37 yards and scored on a 43 yard interception return.  Jackson Mullins added two solo and three assisted tackles.

Alex Miller led Meece’s ground game with 39 yards on seven carries.  Cameron Austin carried the ball five times for 25 yards.  Jase Bruner carried the ball three times for 21 yards and a touchdown.  Kaiya Sheron completed four of 14 passes for 50 yards with one interception.  Kade Grundy caught one pass for 21 yards.  Andrew Childers added one reception for 18 yards.  Jase Bruner led the defense with four solo and three assisted tackles.  Andrew Childers added three solo and one assisted tackles.  Brandon Partin recorded two solo and three assisted tackles.

South Oldham defeated T.K. Stone by a score of 28-6.  South Oldham recorded 10 first downs and 237 yards of total offense.  They were penalized once for five yards and lost a fumble.  T.K. Stone recorded five first downs and 112 yards of total offense.  They were penalized twice for 10 yards.

Keaton Martin led South Oldham’s ground game with 196 yards and two touchdowns on nine carries.  Anthony Pierce completed both his passes for 29 yards and a touchdown.  E. Bednarczyk caught an 18 yard touchdown pass.  John Downing led the defense with five solo and two assisted tackles with three of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 14 yards.  Tyrelle Love added four solo and four assisted tackles with one of his tackles resulting in a five yard loss.  Michael Stevens recorded two solo and three assisted tackles with two of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 13 yards.  Isaac Lalli chipped in with one solo and five assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 10 yards.

D. Wilkerson led T.K. Stone’s ground game with 65 yards and a touchdown on seven carries.  Chris Evans carried the ball 11 times for 32 yards.  Joseph Becherer completed two of six passes for 15 yards.  D. Wilkerson caught one pass for 14 yards.  Cody Johnson led the defense with three solo and three assisted tackles.  Cameron Brown added four solo tackles.  Joseph Becherer recorded two solo and two assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling seven yards.  Tavarson Smith chipped in with two solo tackles and recovered a fumble.

Belfry utilized their powerful ground game (266 yards on 22 carries for four touchdowns) on their way to a 44-0 shutout of Taylor County.  Belfry’s defense led Taylor County to 53 yards of total offense.  Belfry recorded nine first downs and 284 yards of total offense.  The Pirates were penalized five times for 48 yards and had a pass intercepted.  Taylor County recorded four first downs and 53 yards of total offense.  The Cardinals were penalized three times for 22 yards and lost two fumbles.

Peyton Hensley led Belfry’s ground game with 104 yards and a touchdown on four carries.  Ben Bentley carried the ball six times for 66 yards and a touchdown.  D. Francis chipped in with 54 yards on four carries.  Dougie Dillon carried the ball two times for 34 yards and a touchdown.  Seth Mounts completed one of two passes for 18 yards and a touchdown with one interception.  Isaac Spears caught one pass for 18 yards and a touchdown.  Peyton Hensley also scored on a 95 yard kickoff return.  John Ashurst led the defense with six solo and three assisted tackles with 3.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 16 yards.  I. Burchfield and Isaac Spears each recorded three solo and one assisted tackles.  Jacob Baisden and Seth Mounts each recovered a fumble.

Logan Parker led Taylor County’s ground game with 40 yards on 10 carries.  Carson Watson completed one of three passes for seven yards.  Chris Satterly caught one pass for seven yards.  Tre Goodin led the defense with five solo and one assisted tackles.  Andrew Watson added four solo tackles.  Zack Boils chipped in with two solo tackles and Chris Satterly intercepted a pass.
