Simon Kenton coach Jeffrey Stowers started the following lineup: 5-9 Sr. Morgan Stamper, 5-9 Sr. Mattie Vickers, 6-0 So. Sereniti Webb, 5-6 Sr. Maggi Jones, and 5-7 Jr. Kady Schawe.  Assumption coach Stacy Pendleton countered with 6-0 Sr. Megan Willinghurst, 5-11 Sr. Jacqueline Racque, 6-3 Sr. Madalynn Nalley, 5-7 Sr. Reese Sexton, and 5-7Sr. Payton Cronen.

Simon Kenton defeated Assumption by the score of 64-58.  Simon Kenton shot 38.7% from the field including three of 23 from the three point line.  The Lady Pioneers connected on 13 of 25 free throws, pulled down 43 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 18 Assumption turnovers.  Assumption shot 49% from the field including two of 10 from beyond the arc.  The Rockets connected on eight of 15 from the free throw line, pulled down 34 rebounds, and scored nine points off 15 Simon Kenton turnovers.

Morgan Stamper led Simon Kenton with 18 points, 12 rebounds, and two steals.  Maggi Jones added 18 points including two three point baskets.  Sereniti Webb recorded 14 points, eight rebounds, and five assists.  Mattie Vickers chipped in with 10 points, seven rebounds, and four steals.  Kady Schawe dished out seven assists.

Megan Willinghurst led Assumption with 18 points and five rebounds.  Jacqueline Racque added 12 points and four rebounds.  Payton Cronen recorded 11 points.  Reese Sexton chipped in with nine points, four rebounds, and two assists.  Madalynn Nalley added seven points, five rebounds, and four assists.
