Bryan Station coach Nimbo Hammonds started the following lineup:  6-0 Sr. Jalen Burbage, 5-9 Sr. Elijah Chenault, 6-4 Sr. Malik Black, 5-9 Sr. DeShawn Starks, and 5-11 So. Myles Morones.  Lexington Christian Academy coach Nate Valentine countered with 6-2 Sr. Will Hacker, 6-1 Sr. Matthew Johnson, 6-7 Sr. Kyle Rode, 5-10 Sr. Baylor Brown, and 6-0 Sr. Pearce Dalton.

 

Lexington Christian Academy defeated Bryan Station by a score of 71-65.  There were nine lead changes and four ties in the game.  Lexington Christian Academy shot 52% from the field including 11 of 26 from the three point line.  The Eagles connected on eight of 14 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 10 points off nine Bryan Station turnovers.  Bryan Station shot 45.3% from the field including nine of 25 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Defenders connected on eight of 11 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored seven points off 11 LCA turnovers.

 

Kyle Rode led Lexington Christian Academy with 27 points including two three point baskets, seven of 11 free throws, nine rebounds, and four assists.  Will Hacker added 23 points including seven three point baskets and five rebounds.  Matthew Johnson recorded 11 points and six rebounds.  Baylor Brown added five points, five rebounds, nine assists, and two steals.

 

Jalen Burbage led Bryan Station with 22 points including two three point baskets, eight rebounds, two assists, and two steals.  Myles Morones added 18 points on six three point baskets and three rebounds.  Malik Black recorded six points and eight rebounds.
