Elizabethtown coach Donnie Swiney started the following lineup: 6-0 Jr. Whitney Hay, 6-0 Jr. Sydney Clark, 5-9 Sr. Leikyn Walker, 5-7 Sr. Carrlie Oliver, and 5-9 Jr. Ellie Taylor.  Christian Academy of Louisville coach Perry White countered with 5-10 Jr. Shelby Calhoun, 5-9 Sr. Sarah McDonald, 6-2 Sr. Arina Khlopkova, 5-7 Fr. Jaya McClure, and 5-8 Jr. Mia Beam.

 

Christian Academy of Louisville raced out to a 20-13 first quarter led but Elizabethtown outscored CAL 63-19 the rest of the game to earn a 76-39 victory.  Elizabethtown shot 48.1% from the field including six of 12 from the three point line.  The Lady Panthers connected on 18 of 23 free throws, pulled down 49 rebounds, and scored 16 points off 15 CAL turnovers.  CAL shot 25.4% from the field including five of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Centurions connected on four of 10 free throws, pulled down 31 rebounds, and scored nine points off 12 Elizabethtown turnovers.

 

Whitney Hay led Elizabethtown with 22 points including five three point baskets, three rebounds, and three steals.  6-1 8th Grade Xaveria Smalley added 14 points, eight rebounds, and two blocked shots.  Leikyn Walker recorded 13 points.  Ellie Taylor chipped in with 11 points, five rebounds, seven assists, and two blocked shots.  Sydney Clark added nine points, 15 rebounds, and five assists.

 

Mia Beam led Cal with 11 points.  Shelby Calhoun added 10 points, 10 rebounds, four assists, and two blocked shots.  Arina Khlopkova recorded eight points, four rebounds, and two assists.
