Madison Southern averaged 15.2 yards per carry tonight ( 24 carries for 364 yards and six touchdowns) to earn a 48-13 victory over Bourbon County.  Madison Southern recorded 12 first downs and 394 yards of total offense.  The Eagles were penalized seven times for 91 yards and had a pass intercepted.  Bourbon County recorded 19 first downs and 262 yards of total offense.  The Colonels were penalized six times for 40 yards and lost a fumble.

Tobias Storm led Madison Southern’s potent ground attack with 177 yards and a touchdown on four carries.  Alex Knuckles carried the ball seven times for 82 yards and two touchdowns.  Isiah Buttry added 39 yards and two touchdowns on five carries.  Tobias Storm completed three of eight passes for 22 yards with one interception.  Seth Shepherd caught two passes for 15 yards.  Clay Tinsley returned a kickoff 92 yards for a touchdown and returned two punts for 35 yards with a long return for 30 yards.  Clay Bunch led the defense with four solo and nine assisted tackles.  Alex Knuckles added four solo and six assisted tackles with 1.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling two yards.  Cody Blair also recorded four solo and six assisted tackles.  Levi Benton recovered a fumble.

Camarr Myers led the Bourbon County ground game with 84 yards and a touchdown on 28 carries.  Jake Broughton carried the ball nine times for 44 yards.  Jake Broughton completed 12 of 17 passes for 128 yards.  Bryce Roy caught seven passes for 100 yards.  Camarr Myers led the defense with five solo and one assisted tackles.  Kord. Frodelius added one solo and four assisted tackles.  Bryce Roy recorded four solo tackles and intercepted a pass.
