Sacred Heart Academy coach Donna Moir started the following lineup: 5-11 Jr. Grace Berger, 5-7 Jr. Kia Sivils, 5-9 Jr. Natalie Fichter, 5-5 So. Ashlee Harris, and 5-5 Jr. Kiki Samsel. Notre Dame Academy coach Mia Cooper countered with 5-9 Sr. Kennedy Baugh, 5-5 So. Danielle Rennekamp, 6-1 Sr. Allison Gribben, 5-5 Jr. Sophie Hagan, and 5-5 Jr. Abbey Tierney.
Sacred Heart Academy defeated Notre Dame by a score of 60-37. Sacred Heart shot 44.3% from the field including four of 15 from the three point line. The Valkyries connected on two of two free throws, pulled down 37 rebounds, and scored 26 points off 23 Notre Dame turnovers. Notre Dame shot 31.1% from the field including three of seven from beyond the arc. The Pandas connected on six of 14 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored three points off 12 Sacred Heart turnovers.
Grace Berger led Sacred Heart with 20 points on 10 of 13 field goals, nine rebounds, five assists, and four steals. Natalie Fichter added eight points and five rebounds. Kia Sivils, 5-6 Fr. Erin Toller, and Ashlee Harris also recorded eight points each.
Allison Gribben led Notre Dame with 10 points and five rebounds. 5-6 Jr. Chloe McDowell added nine points. Sophie Hagan recorded six points, three rebounds, three assists, and three steals.
