Thursday October 1st

 

Ballard 63  Seneca 6 – The Bruins led 43-0 at halftime.

 

Bowling Green 56  Grayson County 13Clark Payne completed four of five passes for 121 yards and three touchdowns and Beau Buchanan completed seven of nine passes for 89 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Purples.

 

Corbin 36  Jackson County 0Cameron Sizemore completed six of eight passes for 98 yards and two touchdowns.

 

Manual 47  Butler 0Tim Comstock ran for a 63 yard touchdown and threw touchdown passes of 4 and 5 yards.

 

Fern Creek 39  Southern 0Lamarius White ran for 86 yards and passed for 101 yards to lead the victors.

 

Male 44  Pleasure Ridge Park 0Devin Gentry ran for two touchdowns and caught a 76 yard touchdown pass.

 

Paintsville 56  Pike County Central 7 Kash Daniel recorded six solo and seven assisted tackles, recovered a fumble, ran for a TD, and passed for another TD.

Lafayette 19  Bryan Station 12 Mason Alstatt carried the ball 29 times for 135 yards and a touchdown and Walker Wood added 134 yards and two touchdowns on 26 carries to lead Lafayette.

 

Collins 23  Franklin County 0 – Collins shutout the high octane Franklin County offense and the Flyers were penalized 11 times for 123 yards and suffered three turnovers.

 

Pulaski County 43  Henry Clay 0George Gregory carried the ball 15 times for 157 yards and a touchdown and caught a nine yard touchdown pass to lead the Maroons. 

 

Ashland 26  Boyd County 6Quenton Baker ran for 208 yards and Noah Roberts added 143 yards and two touchdowns to lead Ashland.

 

Beechwood 69  Newport 23 – Beechwood led 49-0 after the first quarter.  Brett Slusher ran for a touchdown, scored two more touchdowns on fumble recovery returns, and scored on an interception return.

 

Bell County 47  Casey County 12Treyton Humfleet carried the ball 12 times for 205 yards and five touchdowns.

 

Bourbon County 30  Mason County 14Marquaze Hill ran for 160 yards and Clay Bolin carried the ball 13 times for 135 yards and four touchdowns.

 

Cabell Midland (WV) 49  Belfry 7Devin Stapleton ran for 216 yards and five touchdowns.

 

Christian Academy of Louisville 36  Meade County 0Austin Carr threw four touchdown pass to lead CAL to a victory.

 

Cooper 35  Dixie Heights 7Nathan Brown completed 13 of 23 passes for 324 yards and four touchdowns and Torrey Cordell carried the ball 25 times for 199 yards.

 

DeSales 41  North Hardin 7Ryan Smith ran for three touchdowns and Alec Brothers scored twice on the ground.

 

Elizabethtown 49  Hart County 7 Dalonza Cates carried the ball 10 times for 147 yards and two touchdowns and Berneil Cecil carried the ball three times for 119 yards and a touchdown.

 

Fleming County 18 Russell 7 – This was the first win for Fleming County over Russell since 2001.

 

Franklin-Simpson 36  Warren Central 31 – Franklin – Simpson rallied from a 25-7 deficit.  Nick Groves ran for 128 yards and three touchdowns.

 

Graves County 47  Marshall County 23Dakota Dixon carried the ball 26 times for 103 yards and three touchdowns.

 

Greenwood 55  Barren County 13QB Jackson Adams carried the ball four times for 175 yards and scored on runs of 59, 14, 33, and 55 yards.  Noah Pillow scored on an 86 yard run and an 89 yard kickoff return.

 

John Hardin 48  Breckinridge County 6 – John Hardin converted four turnovers into touchdowns.

 

Knox Central 50  Clay County 8Jermel Carton ran for two touchdowns tonight.

 

McCracken County 63  Ohio County 14Zy’aire Hughes carried the ball seven times for 112 yards and four touchdowns.

 

North Laurel 36  Whitley County 8Steven Nelson ran for 184 yards and three touchdowns and Cole McWhorter added 135 yards and one touchdown on the ground.

 

Pikeville 56  Hazard 28Daric Pugh ran for four touchdowns to lead Pikeville.

 

Raceland 26  Lawrence County 20LB Bailey Walker rips the ball away from the ball carrier and runs 30 yards for the touchdown with 35 seconds left on the clock for the win.  Kane Snyder carried the ball 29 times for 142 yards and a touchdown.

 

Somerset 44  Caverna 24Jordan Doan carried the ball 11 times for 70 yards and four touchdowns to lead Somerset.

 

Trinity 20  St. Xavier 15Jailen Reed ran for 144 yards and three touchdowns all in the first half and Trinity’s defense intercepted three passes.

 

Scott 43  Harrison County 0Roberto London carried the ball 14 times for 116 yards and two touchdowns and Deondre Pleasant added 62 yards and two touchdowns on five carries.

 

South Oldham 42  Nelson County 7Starr Thompson carried the ball six times for 95 yards and a touchdown, completed his only pass for 32 yards and a touchdown, and caught two passes for 41 yards and a touchdown.

 

Danville 44  Campbellsville 6Zack Dampier completed seven of 11 passes for 118 yards and three touchdowns.

 

Caldwell County 40  Union County 14Shane Burns completed 15 of 21 passes for 236 yards and three touchdowns.

 

Calloway County 47  Hopkins County Central 12Cole Stetson completed 10 of 19 passes for 109 yards and two touchdowns and Dareios Stribbling carried the ball seven times for 105 yards and a touchdown.

 

Owensboro 49  Christian County 24Anthony James carried the ball 20 times for 206 yards and a touchdown and Landon Board added 150 yards and three touchdowns on 15 carries.

 

Owensboro Catholic 41  McLean County 0 Ray Zuberer completed 19 of 29 passes for 335 yards and three touchdowns.
