Week Four in Review September 18-19, 2015

 

Friday September 18th

 

Scott County 65  Lafayette 46Keith Guy led Scott County with 223 yards and four touchdowns on 21 carries.  Noah Hughes carried the ball 27 times for 172 yards and three touchdowns.  Lafayette was led by Walker Wood who completed 13 of 24 passes for 247 yards and three touchdowns and carried the ball 11 times for 143 yards and a touchdown.  Mason Alstatt carried the ball 16 times for 183 yards and a touchdown.

 

Bryan Station 54  Meade County 14Andre Davis completed 17 of 25 passes for 298 yards and four touchdowns and carried the ball eight times for 48 yards and two touchdowns.

 

Tates Creek 30  Madison Southern 20Peyton Burke completed 13 of 22 passes for 173 yards and three touchdowns and Sakima Opsal recorded eight solo and five assisted tackles with 3.5 of his tackles resulting in losses totaling 17 yards.  Payton Skidmore starred for Madison Southern as he carried the ball 13 times for 104 yards and a touchdown and caught one pass for 65 yards and a touchdown.

 

Lexington Catholic 41  Madison Central 0QB Jack Fagot completed 23 of 31 passes for 282 yards and three touchdowns.  Donovan Morris caught 10 passes for 119 yards and two touchdowns.

 

Henry Clay 50  Knox Central 26 Joquise Buford ran for three touchdowns to lead Henry Clay.

 

Franklin County 33  Anderson County 30Barrett Sanderson completed 22 of 32 passes for 201 yards and three touchdowns and carried the ball 17 times for 61 yards to lead the victors. 

 

Paul Laurence Dunbar 41  Jeffersontown 8Jefferson Harkless carried the ball 12 times for 132 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Bulldogs.

 

Walton-Verona 28  Lexington Christian Academy 27Halsey Page (33 carries for 176 yards and two touchdowns) and Noah Richardson (15 carries for 146 yards and one touchdown) led Walton-Verona.

 

Ashland 41  Ironton (OH) 0Quinton Baker ran for 268 yards and four touchdowns.

 

Bourbon County 42  George Rogers Clark 35Clay Bolin completed 34 of 51 passes for 425 yards and four touchdowns to lead Bourbon County.  Josiah Israel ran for 280 yards for George Rogers Clark.

 

Bowling Green 32  Warren Central 7 Jamale Carothers carried the ball 13 times for 106 yards and a touchdown and caught four passes for 145 yards and two touchdowns.

 

Boyle County 48  Collins 14Josiah Robbins completed 13 of 15 passes for 268 yards and six touchdowns to lead Boyle County.

 

Butler County 48  Grayson County 18 – Rex Henderson completed 13 of 17 passes for 249 yards and three touchdowns.

 

Caldwell County 51  Henderson County 20Shane Burns completed 34 of 42 passes for 391 yards and five touchdowns.

 

Calloway County 33  Trigg County 27 (OT)Chandler Cain ran for a two yard touchdown to win the game.

 

Christian Academy of Louisville 42  North Oldham 14 Austin Carr completed 10 of 14 passes for 282 yards and five touchdowns.

 

Christian County 42  Hopkinsville 28Kolbe Langhi completed 11 of 16 passes for 275 yards and two touchdowns to lead the victors.

 

Elizabethtown 38  Bardstown 7 Berneil Cecil 11 carries for 185 yards and two touchdowns and Dalonza Cates 14 carries for 123 yards and two touchdowns led E-town.

 

Fern Creek 14  DeSales 0Lamarius Kinslow caught three passes for 97 yards and one touchdown.

 

Garrard County 40  East Jessamine 0Jacob Foley carried the ball 12 times for 144 yards and three touchdowns.

 

Lawrence County 19  Greenup County 15Grant Kiser threw a 10 yard touchdown pass to Austin Chaffins with 28 seconds remaining on the clock for the victory.

 

Male 63  Seneca 0 – Male held Seneca to -11 yards of total offense.

 

Newport Central Catholic 47  Harrison County 7Jacob Smith carried the ball 23 times for 216 yards and three touchdowns.

 

North Laurel 50  Lincoln County 31Steve Nelson carried the ball 19 times for 207 yards and four touchdowns and Matt Sizemore carried the ball seven times for 183 yards to lead the Jaguars.

 

Owensboro 49  Daviess County 21Landon Board carried the ball 20 times for 127 yards and two touchdowns to lead Owensboro.

 

Paintsville 39  Williamsburg 15Kash Daniel completed 14 of 21 passes for 210 yards and a touchdown, carried the ball 11 times for 145 yards and three touchdowns and recorded eight tackles.

 

Paris 63  Middlesboro 7James Clark carried the ball eight times for 151 yards and four touchdowns.

 

Russellville 64  Todd County Central 28Johnny Drumgole (eight carries 214 yards three touchdowns), MJ Jones (seven carries 151 yards), Joshua Bigbee (11 carries 105 yards one touchdown), and Jaylyn McMurry (four of four passes for 67 yards and three touchdowns) led Russellville.

 

Spencer County 77  Bullitt Central 42 – Spencer County 737 yards rushing – Kadin Smith (9 carries for 317 yards and three touchdowns), Logan Holbrook (14 carries for 260 yards and five touchdowns), and Brandon Leff (nine carries for 166 yards and three touchdowns).

 

St. Xavier 37  Highlands 6Desmond Ritter threw for three touchdowns.

 

Trinity 44  Pleasure Ridge Park 0 – Trinity held a 372 to -15 yards advantage in this game.

 

Wayne County 21  Mercer County 14Michael Lawson carried the ball 20 times for 123 yards to lead Wayne County.
