Model Lab coach Bobby Storie started the following lineup: 5-6 7^th grader Nia Akande, 5-7 Jr. Hayley Hunt, 5-8 Sr. Darrian Botts, 5-5 8^th grader Julia Smith, and 5-5 Fr. Abby Vicars.  Madison Central coach Robert Cooksey countered with 5-9 Jr. Raevin Cain, 5-9 Fr. Lindsey Johns, 6-2 Sr. Shadae Bosley, 5-5 Sr. Bailey O’Bryan, and 5-7 Sr. Hailey Christian.

Madison Central dominated action tonight as they defeated Model Lab by a score of 66-35.  Madison Central enjoyed a 24-6 advantage on the offensive boards and held a 23-6 advantage in second effort points.  Madison Central attempted 29 more shots (62-33) from the  field than Model Lab.  Madison Central shot 46.8% from the field including three pf 11 from the three point line.  The Lady Indians connected on five of 12 free throws, pulled down 45 rebounds, and scored 24 points off 21 Model Lab turnovers.  Model Lab shot 33.3% from the field including one of five from beyond the arc.  The Lady Patriots connected on 12 of 21 free throws, pulled down 17 rebounds, and scored seven points off 14 Madison Central turnovers.

Shadae Bosley led Madison Central with 13 points, 12 rebounds, and four blocked shots.  Bailey O’Bryan added 10 points and five assists.  5-5 So. Emily Willoughby chipped in with nine points, four rebounds, five assists, and four steals.  5-8 Fr. Kasi Schneid recorded eight points.  Hailey Christian added seven points and four rebounds.

Darrian Botts led Model Lab with 22 points and nine rebounds.  Hayley Hunt added 13 points.
