Lafayette coach Allison Denton started the following lineup: 6-0 Sr. Sarah Cooley, 5-11 Jr. Dee Givens, 6-4 Jr. Ashanti Thomas, 5-8 Sr. Ken’yale Demus, and 5-11 Fr. Kiara Pankins.  Anderson County coach Tony Kays countered with 5-11 Sr. Makenzie Cann, 5-8 Sr. Alex Avritt, 5-10 Sr. Eriel McKee, 5-5 Sr. Destiny Stewart, and 5-7 Sr. Jessica Rice.

Anderson County held a 20-5 advantage in free throw points in a 63-54 victory over Lafayette.  Anderson County shot 39.1% from the field including seven of 22 from the three point line.  The Lady Bearcats connected on 20 of 23 free throws, pulled down 22 rebounds, and scored eight points off 15 Lafayette turnovers.  Lafayette shot 57.5% from the field including three of nine from beyond the arc.  The Lady Generals connected on five of 10 free throws, pulled down 26 rebounds, and scored nine points off eight Anderson County turnovers.

Eriel McKee led Anderson County with 25 points and four steals.  Makenzie Cann added 15 points, five rebounds, and three assists.  Alex Avritt recorded eight points and six rebounds.

Kiara Pankins led Lafayette with 21 points.  Pankins was eight of nine from the field including one of two from beyond the arc, and four of five from the free throw line.  Dee Givens added 17 points, six rebounds, and three steals.  Sarah Cooley recorded 10 points and eight rebounds.  Ashanti Thomas pulled down seven rebounds.
