Montgomery County Janie Robinson started the following lineup: 5-11 Jr. Alyssa Terrell, 5-7 So. Sarah Arnett, 5-11 Sr. Schyler Tipton, 5-5 Sr. Caitlin Conyers, and 5-6 Sr. Erica Rogers.  Lexington Catholic coach Scott True countered with 5-8 Jr. Rachel Blake, 5-9 Jr. Caroline Lynch, 5-10 Sr. Hannah Gadberry, 5-5 Jr. Bailey Browning, and 5-5 Sr. Suzanne Miller.

Lexington Catholic outscored Montgomery County 20-2 in the second quarter on their way to a 61-40 victory.  Lexington Catholic shot 46.7% from the field including nine of 21 from the three point line.  The Lady Knights connected on 10 of 12 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 17 points off 17 Montgomery County turnovers.  Montgomery County shot 31.9% from the field including zero of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Indians connected on 10 of 20 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored seven points off 13 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Rachel Blake led Lexington Catholic with 22 points, five rebounds, and four assists.  Caroline Lynch added 12 points and four rebounds.  Suzanne Miller chipped in with 11 points including three three point baskets.  Bailey Browning recorded seven points and seven assists.

Alyssa Terrell led Montgomery County with 14 points.  Erica Rogers added eight points, six rebounds, and three assists.  Schyler Tipton chipped in with eight points and four rebounds.
