Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown started the following lineup: 6-6 Sr. Jordan Green, 6-3 Jr. Jeremiah Tisdale, 6-3 Jr. Colby Barnes, 5-8 Sr. Campbell Setzer, and 5-11 Jr. Felix Wilson.  Note: Jordan Green injured his arm in the game and was limited to 2:19 minutes of playing time.)  Lafayette coach Mike Mendenhall III countered with 6-6 So. Ross Jenkins, 6-4 Sr. Lance Blakley, 6-9 Sr. Jackson Davis, 5-11 So. Harrison Lane, and 5-11 Sr. Dequise Robinson.

Lafayette defeated Henry Clay by a score of 71-51.  Lafayette shot 43.9% from the field including two of 10 from the three point line.  The Generals connected on 19 of 27 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 30 points off 25 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 32.6% from the field including one of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Blue Devils connected on 20 of 26 free throws, pulled down 29 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 20 Lafayette turnovers.

Jackson Davis led Lafayette with 26 points, 15 rebounds, and five steals.  Lance Blakley added 15 points and six rebounds.  Dequise Robinson chipped in with 11 points and three steals.  6-1 Jr. Lucky Jackson recorded eight points, eight rebounds, and three steals.

Jeremiah Tisdale led Henry Clay with 16 points and nine rebounds.  Colby Barnes added 11 points and five rebounds.
