Lexington Catholic coach Scott True started the following lineup: 5-8 Jr. Rachel Blake, 5-6 Jr. Tori Pippen, 5-9 Jr. Caroline Lynch, 5-5 Jr. Bailey Browning, and 5-5 Sr. Suzanne Miller.  West Port countered with Navondra Dubois, Janae Smith, Shaye Hardy, Kori Hanks, and Leah Ulrich.

Lexington Catholic led 22-18 at halftime and pulled away in the second half to defeat West Port by a score of 53-38.  Lexington Catholic shot 38.5% from the field including five of 17 from the three point line.  The Lady Knights connected on 18 of 23 free throws, pulled down 35 rebounds, and scored 14 points off 16 West Port turnovers.  West Port shot 33.3% from the field including two of 10 from beyond the arc.  The Wolf Pack connected on four of seven free throws, pulled down 25 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 16 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Suzanne Miller led Lexington Catholic with 17 points including three three point baskets.  Caroline Lynch added 13 points.  6-0 Fr. Mallie Cornett pulled down seven rebounds.

Navondra Dubois led West Port with 15 points and four assists.  Kori Hanks added eight points.  Aaliyah High chipped in with six points and six rebounds.  Shaye Hardy also scored six points.
