Scott County Steve Helton started the following lineup: 6-0 Sr. Tereka Guyn, 5-7 Fr. Lauren Boehm, 6-0 Sr. Iman Guy, 5-6 Sr. Rachel Young, and 5-6 Sr. Audriana Christopher.  Madison Central coach Robert Cooksey countered with 5-10 Jr. Raevin Cain, 5-10 Fr. Lindsay Johns, 6-2 Sr. Shadae Bosley, 5-5 Sr. Bailey O’Bryan, and 5-7 Sr. Haley Christian.

Scott County led 63-40 in the final quarter and withstood a 16-2 run by Madison Central to earn a 65-56 victory.  Scott County shot 49% from the field including four of 12 from the three point line.  The Lady Cardinals connected on 11 of 17 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 20 points off 17 Madison Central turnovers.  Madison Central shot 33.9% from the field including two of 11 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Indians connected on 12 of 15 free throws, pulled down 39 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 18 Scott County turnovers.

Tereka Guyn led Scott County with 22 points and 10 rebounds.  Guyn was 11 of 14 from the field.  5-8 So. Bailey Hawkins added 13 points including three three point baskets.  5-7 Sr. Danielle Defoor chipped in with 11 points.  Iman Guy recorded eight points and seven rebounds.  Audriana Christopher added seven points, four rebounds, and eight assists.

Raevin Cain led Madison Central with 17 points and eight rebounds.  Bailey O’Bryan added 13 points.  Shadae Bosley chipped in with nine points and five rebounds.
