Taylor County coach Jeff Kidder started the following lineup: 6-4 Jr. Caleb Wiggington, 6-2 Fr. Quentin Goodin, 6-6 Sr. Jordan Cundiff, 5-9 Sr. Spirit Smith, and 6-1 So. Austin Webster.  Bryan Station coach Mike Allen countered with 6-3 Sr. Larry Morton, 6-2 Jr. Daquice Allen, 6-3 Sr. Tyler Smith, 6-0 Sr. Matthew Hunter, and 6-1 Jr. Jordan Henry.

Bryan Station outscored Taylor county 16-4 in the third quarter on their way to a 53-44 victory.  Bryan Station shot 38% from the field including two of 15 from the three point line.  The Defenders connected on 13 of 21 free throws, pulled down 30 rebounds, and scored 26 points off 23 Taylor County turnovers.  Taylor County shot 42.1% from the field including two of eight from beyond the arc.  The Cardinals connected on 10 of 15 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored 11 points off 10 Bryan Station turnovers.

Larry Morton led Bryan Station with 18 points and five rebounds.  Tyler Smith added 11 points and 12 rebounds.  6-2 Sr. Keyon Hipps chipped in with nine points and four rebounds.

Quentin Goodin led Taylor County with 18 points and six rebounds.  Caleb Wiggington added nine points and Austin Webster pulled down nine rebounds.
