Scott County coach Billy Hicks started the following lineup:6-1 Jr. Josh Harris, 6-2 Jr. Isaiah Ivey, 6-4 Sr. Tanner Shotwell, 5-10 So. Quin Richardson, and 5-11 Fr. Trent Gilbert.  Henry Clay coach Daniel Brown countered with 6-2 Sr. Trae Stewart. 6-0 Sr. Kendrick Prewitt, 6-6 Sr. Daniel Kiesling, 6-0 Sr. Brandon Nichols, and 5-8 Jr. Wes Kimball.

Henry Clay led 45-41 entering the final quarters but Scott county rallied for a 71-56 victory.  Henry Clay was hampered tonight by the limited minutes logged (12:31 minutes) by Daniel Kiesking due to an ankle injury.  Scott County outscored Henry Clay 45-25 in the second half.

Scott County shot 42.6% from the field including two of 14 from the three point line.  The Cardinals connected on 23 of 27 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 25 points off 20 Henry Clay turnovers.  Henry Clay shot 36.2% from the field including two of 15 from beyond the arc.  The Blue Devils connected on 20 of 35 free throws, pulled down 27 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 23 Scott County turnovers.

Isaiah Ivey led Scott County with 21 points.  6-4 Jr. Tamron Manning added 15 points and nine rebounds.  Tanner Shotwell chipped in with 10 points and 10 rebounds.

Kendrick Prewitt led Henry Clay with 16 points including 12 of 17 free throws.  Brandon Nichols added 15 points including two three point baskets.  Wes Kimball chipped in with nine points and seven assists.  Trae Stewart recorded nine points and six rebounds.
