Pendleton County (8-15)  vs.  Sayre (11-6)

Pendleton County coach Chad Simms started the following lineup: 6-2 Sr. Michael Walsh, 5-10 Jr. Gabe Antrobus, 6-5 Sr. Aaron Bonar, 5-9 Jr. Bryan Woods, and 5-10 So. Mason Monroe.  Sayre coach Ted Hall countered with 6-1 Jr. Reid Freeman, 5-10 Sr. Cabot Haggin, 6-6 So. Ray Brewer, 5-9 Sr. Griffin Miller, and 5-9 So. Mike Smith.

Sayre defeated Pendleton County by a score of 47-36.  Sayre shot 51.4% from the field including two of nine from the three point line.  The Spartans connected on seven of 11 free throws, pulled down 21 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 12 Pendleton County turnovers.  Pendleton County shot 35% from the field including two of 12 from beyond the arc.  The Wildcats connected on six of nine free throws, pulled down 28 rebounds, and scored 10 points off 11 Sayre turnovers.

Mike Smith led Sayre with 15 points and five steals.  6-3 Sr. Griffin Patterson added 12 points.  Ray Brewer recorded 10 points and seven rebounds.

Mason Monroe led Pendleton County with 14 points.  Michael Walsh added nine points and six rebounds.

Pendleton County (36) – Walsh 9, Antrobus 0, Bonar 4, Woods 3, Monroe 14, Rering 6.
