Madison Central coach  Allen Feldhaus Jr. started the following lineup: 6-2 Jr. Nick Ford, 6-0 Jr. Brenton Covington, 6-4 So. Hunter Allen, 5-10 So. Casey Schneider, and 6-0 Fr. Dominique Hawkins.  Lexington Catholic coach Brandon Salsman countered with 6-4 Jr. Taylor Martin, 6-3 Jr. Scott Schuette, 6-8 Sr. Tanner Peurach, 6-0 Jr. Seth Beckham, and 6-0 So. Jaylen Beckham.

Lexington Catholic defeated Madison Central by a score of 72-42.  Lexington Catholic shot 57.8% from the field including eight of 15 from the three point line.  The Knights connected on 12 of 21 free throws, pulled down 33 rebounds, and scored 13 points off 12 Madison Central turnovers.  Madison Central shot 32.7% from the field including three of five from beyond the arc.  The Indians connected on five of five free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored eight points off 11 Lexington Catholic turnovers.

Scott Schuette and Taylor Martin led Lexington Catholic with 12 points each.  Schuette recorded four three point baskets.  Seth Beckham added 11 points.  Tanner Peurach recorded seven points and eight rebounds.  The Lexington Catholic starters playing time tonight ranged from 15:02 minutes to 17:29 minutes.  Twelve Lexington Catholic players cracked the scoring column tonight.

Dominique Hawkins led Madison Central with 19 points.  Nick Ford pulled down a team-high nine rebounds.
