Ballard defeated Bryan Station tonight by a score of 79-47.  Turnovers were the achilles' heel tonight for the Bryan Station Defenders as the Bruins scored 27 points off 34 Bryan Station turnovers.  Ballard raced out to an 18-9 first quarter lead, stretched the margin to 45-20 at halftime and coasted to the victory.

Ballard shot 33.3% from the field including six of 29 from the three point line.  The Bruins connected on 25 of 30 free throws, pulled down 42 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 34 Bryan Station turnovers.  Bryan Station shot 31.6% from the field including three of 16 from beyond the arc.  The Defenders connected on eight of 18 free throws, pulled down 52 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 15 Ballard turnovers.

Ian Chiles led Ballard with 16 points and seven rebounds.  DeVante Parker added 13 points.  Drew Hardin and Keisten Jones each recorded 10 points.

Mike Baffour led Bryan Station with 10 points.  Joe Fain added nine points.  Kalib Ball recorded eight points and 13 rebounds.  Darius Waide also scored eight points.
