Sacred Heart notched an upset win with a 57-54 victory over Manual.  SHA outscored Manual 16-8 in the third quarter to take a 43-39 lead entering the final period.  The Valkyries scored 29 points off 34 Manual turnovers.  This offset a 44-32 Manual advantage in rebounds and a 19-2 advantage in second chance points.  Manual also enjoyed a 27-6 advantage in three point points.

SHA shot 36.2% from the field including two of four from the three point line.  The Valkyries connected on 21 of 35 free throws.  Manual shot 36.4% from the field including nine of 21 from beyond the arc.  The Lady Crimsons connected on five of 13 free throws and scored 16 points off 23 SHA turnovers.

5-6 Jr. Autumn Miller led Sacred Heart with 18 points including 10 of 14 from the free throw line.  5-11 Jr. Jackie Hafele added nine points and eight rebounds and 5-9 Jr. Mary Gordon Stough chipped in with eight points.  5-4 So. Maddie Peabody recorded seven points and eight steals.  5-7 Fr. April Wilson led Manual with 20 points including six three point baskets.  6-1 Sr. Avery Jones added 14 points, 19 rebounds, and five blocked shots.
