Shelby West 43 Woodford County 42 (Quarterfinal) Aaron Thompson led Shelby West with 12 points and Woodford County was led by Logan Taylor with 15 points.
East Jessamine 55 Georgetown 29 (Quarterfinal) Kennedy Hayden led East Jessamine with 35 points. Tucker Hawkins scored 12 points for Georgetown.
Corbin 48 James T. Alton 37 (Quarterfinal) Trey Longmire led Corbin with 19 points while James T. Alton was paced by Queshaun Davis with 11 points.
Corbin 44 East Jessamine 38 (Semifinal) Allen led Corbin with 14 points and Kennedy Hayden scored 14 points for East Jessamine.
Shelby West 49 Meyzeek 38 (Semifinal) Austin Thompson led the victors with 14 points and Austin Carr-Cole led Meyzeek with 19 points.
Shelby West 49 Corbin 43 (Championship) Mark Hutzel, Evans, and Austin Thompson led Shelby West with 15, 10, and nine points respectively. Micah Engle and Trey Longmire led Corbin with 16 and 14 points respectively.

Barret 37 Hazard 21 (Quarterfinal) Tilford and Miles Franklin led Barret with 11 and 10 points respectively. Ridge Beverly led Hazard with seven points.
Farnsley 59 EJ Hayes 51 (Quarterfinal) Terrance Cump and Juwan Northington led Farnsley with 23 and 20 points respectively. Cameron Dunn and Basson led EJ Hayes with 14 and 13 points respectively.
Robert Campbell 58 Rockcastle 52 (Semifinal) Jerone Morton led Robert Campbell with 22 points and Matthew Chasteen led Rockcastle with 22 points.
Barret 41 Farnsley 36 (Semifinal) Selah Brown led Barret with 13 and Farnsley was paced by Terrance Cump with 14 points.
Barret 51 Robert Campbell 45 (Championship) Selah Brown and Miles Franklin led Barret with 16 and 11 points respectively. Jerone Morton and Jeremiah Mundy led Robert Campbell with 16 points each.
8th Grade 1st Team All-Tournament Team Drew Hopkins (Rockcastle County), Selah Brown (Barret), Jerone Morton (Robert Campbell), Matthew Chasteen (Rockcastle County), Terrance Cump (Farnsley), Jeremiah Mundy (Robert Campbell), Juwan Northington (Farnsley), Caleb Sloan (Northern Pulaski), Cameron Dunn (EJ Hayes), and Miles Franklin (Barret).
8th Grade 2nd Team All-Tournament Team Daniel Mullins (Rockcastle County), Zach Travis (Northern Pulaski), Cameron Caudill (Hazard), Hagan Harrison (Robert Campbell), Jumane Dorsey (Farnsley), James Lindsay (EJ Hayes), Tyson Turner (Hazard), Chavion Ashby (Crosby), Colby Fugate (Paintsville), and Ridge Beverly (Hazard).
Coach Edelens Barret squad finished their trilogy by capturing the title this year as they won the 6th grade crown in 2016 and added the 7th grade title in 2017.
This was an excellent event run by the KBA. A special note of thinks to their staff for providing the up-to-date scores, schedule, all-tournament teams and for providing info for the coverage of the elite eight on both the championship bracket and the gold bracket competition.
