Conclusion

This was an excellent tournament and an outstanding week of basketball.  Congratulations to Coach Jason Booher and the Shelby Valley Wildcats for capturing their second title in a row.  This tournament truly epitomizes the ideals and standards that the founders wisely saw in their crysal ball several years ago.  The talent was good and the tournament gave many players a stage on which to be appreciated.  Congratulations to all for a job well done.

Acknowledgements

This was another difficult week as a result of the snow that blanketed the area but the officials did a great job of keeping the event on track.  A special thanks to All “A” Classic Secretary and Media Coordinator Mike Reeves for the hospitality extended me this week.  Also, a note of appreciation to David Parke, Coordinator of Arena Facilities and to Hugh Davis and the Eastern Kentucky Stats Crew and the All “A” Committee.  The All “A” Classic, in my opinion is first class and one of the most enjoyable events I have ever attended or worked.
