Nelson County Coach Kelly Wood started the following lineup: 5-10 Jr. Sara Beth Hutchins, 5-6 Jr. Kristen Filiatreau, 6-2 So. Samantha Drake, 5-5 Jr. Kelsey Robinson, and 5-5 Jr. Sarah Beth Gillis. Presentation Academy Coach David Jackson countered with 5-8 Sr. Emily Conklin, 5-11 So. Kristyn Craven, 5-11 Jr. Haley Edlin, 5-9 Jr. Susan Stein, and 5-2 Sr. Katherina Greenwell.

Presentation Academy pulled away in the final quarter to defeat Nelson County 47-39. Presentation shot 28.6% from the field including four of 11 from the three point line. The Toppers connected on 19 of 24 free throws, pulled down 43 rebounds, and scored seven points off 14 Nelson County turnovers. Nelson County shot 25.4% from the field including only three of 20 from beyond the arc. The Lady Cardinals connected on four of four free throws, grabbed 36 rebounds, and scored 18 points off 20 Presentation turnovers.

Kristyn Craven led Presentation with 15 points and 12 rebounds. Emily Conklin added 13 points including three three point baskets. Conklin also pulled down seven rebounds. Samantha Drake led Nelson County with 22 points, eight rebounds, and four blocked shots.

Assumption Coaches Bob and Martha Todd countered with 6-0 So. Molly Ernst, 5-9 Sr. Amanda Rassiga, 6-1 Sr. Lauren Huter, 6-0 Sr. Carrie Minogue, and 5-5 So. Clare Delahanty.

Assumption defeated North Hardin by a score of 58-54. Assumption shot 47.1% from the field including four of 13 from the three point line. The Rockets connected on 22 of 27 free throws, pulled down 32 rebounds, and scored eight points off 12 North Hardin turnovers. North Hardin shot 38% from the field including two of six from beyond the arc. The Trojans connected on 14 of 18 free throws, grabbed 22 rebounds, and scored 19 points off 24 Assumption turnovers.

Molly Ernst led Assumption with 17 points including four three point baskets. Lauren Huter added 13 points, 11 rebounds, and four blocked shots. RaeChaun Edwards led North Hardin with 16 points. Linda Dixon and Jennifer Smiley added 15 and 14 points respectively.

Henderson County Coach Jeff Haile started the following lineup: 5-10 Sr. Whitney Bingemer, 6-0 Jr. Danielle Dixon, 6-1 Jr. Alyse Poindexter, 5-7 Jr. Aubri Klutey, and 5-7 Sr. Rinesha Soaper. Iroquois Coach Al Northington countered with 5-9 Jr. Adia Mathies, 5-6 Jr. Kayla Hickman, 5-8 So. Victoria Brown, 5-6 Jr. Stafonia Taylor, and 5-5 Jr. Asia Mathies.

Iroquois scored 32 points off 27 Henderson County turnovers in a 66-58 victory. Iroquois held a 45-32 advantage on the boards and enjoyed a 19-6 advantage in second chance points.

Iroquois shot 39.7% from the field including four of 16 from the three point line. The Lady Raiders connected on eight of 13 free throws and recorded 18 steals. Henderson County shot 40.4% from the field including three of 11 from beyond the arc. The Colonels connected on 13 of 17 free throws and scored 10 points off 12 Iroquois turnovers.

Asia Mathies led Iroquois with 20 points, five rebounds, four assists, and six steals. Victoria Brown added 11 points and seven rebounds. 5-9 Jr. Meka Birdsong and Kayla Hickman chipped in with 11 and 10 points respectively. Alyse Poindexter led Henderson County with 17 points, 14 rebounds, and seven blocked shots. Whitney Bingemer recorded 17 points including three three point baskets. Danielle Dixon added 10 points and nine rebounds.

Sacred Heart Academy outscored Hart County 23-10 in the second quarter in a 64-51 victory. Sacred Heart shot 47.1% from the field including one of nine from the three point line. The Valkyries connected on 15 of 25 free throws, pulled down 36 rebounds, and scored 29 points off 33 Hart County turnovers. Hart County shot 35.7% from the field including five of 14 from beyond the arc. The Lady Raiders connected on 16 of 25 free throws, grabbed 26 rebounds, and scored 15 points off 30 Sacred Heart turnovers.

Autumn Miller and Kathryn Denbow led the victors with 19 and 10 points respectively. Megan Isaacs led Hart County with 29 points and 15 rebounds. Lindsay Highbaugh added eight points.

Mt. Notre Dame raced out to a 23-9 first quarter lead on their way to a 63-59 victory over Butler. Mt. Notre Dame shot 46.3% from the field including four of 18 from the three point line. The Lady Cougars connected on nine of 14 free throws, pulled down 40 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 12 Butler turnovers. Butler shot 40% from the field including four of 12 from beyond the arc. The Bearettes connected on only seven of 20 free throws, grabbed 34 rebounds, and scored 12 points off 17 Mt. Notre Dame turnovers.

Channing Hillman led Mt. Notre Dame with 16 points and eight rebounds. Tia McBride added 15 points and 11 rebounds. Gabrielle Smith and 5-6 Fr. Kathryn Reynolds chipped in with 11 and 10 points respectively. Kendall Hackney recorded eight points and 11 rebounds. Tia Gibbs led Butler with 14 points. 5-7 So. Whitney Reed added 12 points. Tiara Hopper chipped in with 11 points and eight rebounds.

Owensboro was plagued by turnovers (32) and poor free throw shooting (nine of 31) in an 80-55 loss to Mercy Academy. Mercy shot 38.9% from the field including six of 17 from the three point line. The Jaguars connected on 18 of 25 free throws, pulled down 49 rebounds, and scored 27 points off 32 Owensboro turnovers. Owensboro shot 40% from the field including two of nine from beyond the arc. The Lady Red Devils grabbed 43 rebounds and scored 18 points off 26 Mercy turnovers.

6-1 Sr. Hope Thomas led the victors with 15 points and eight rebounds. 5-9 Sr. Amy Wimsatt added 14 points including four three point baskets. Kelly Cox chipped in with 11 points and eight rebounds. Katie Wiedmar recorded nine points, five rebounds, and seven assists. Amashi Kendall led Owensboro with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Janae Howard added 14 points and eight rebounds.
