Well! Well! Well!
After all that has happen to me in the last three years, after MGB I have to say...God Is Still Good my MGB is still a great success... Unlike my marriage of 13 years, because I should be a single guy within the next month...My kids have been living with me for the last two months since the seperation...And I pray to God they will be with me after the court date of Oct 15th also...My weight is holding steady at 175 to 180 and I like it at about that...I have went below the 175 but did not feel as good as I do now...I have not had any acid reflux now in months and months I have found out that the spicy food and eating a big meal right before I go to bed was, what was causing all of that stuff but even when I had it I only had it about 4 times since MGB so that is still not bad... don't get me wrong I still eat spicy foods just not right before bedtime...
I'm still very happy that I had MGB it changed my life..
"LIFE IS GOOD" AND "GOD IS GOOD...ALL THE TIME"
Even when it's sometimes hard to figure it all out...
