40K Simplified

What I've done here is kind of converted 40K into a Warmaster like rules. It is very abstract as thge rules go which makes things much simpler. If you know Warmaster you can kind of see were I'm going, but I'll write up a more in depth description of rules asap. This is just one idea.

Fire Power is in range increments of 12"


5 man Tac Marine squad: fielded in 5 or 10

Special:
Rapid Assault (all marines move 7 and charge 7 inches, all vehicles get +2 combat speed, +4 flank speed)
"Know no Fear"(all marines use an unmodified Ld 10 when testing to regroup for any reason)
Options: (may choose 1 from each section)
Missile(+1 fp all ranges),Las Cannon(+2 fp vs armor all rages),Hvy Bolter(+1fp vs infantry 3 ranges) ;
Flamer (+1 assault vs infantry), Melta (+1 assault vs. armor), Plas gun (+1 fp 2 ranges) ;
Power Fist (+1 assault) Power Sword (+1 assault vs infantry), Auspex (+1 init)


5 Man IG Squad: fielded in 10

Orks mobs automatically pass all leadership tests as long as they have 3 units.
Orks units falling through a friendly ork mob never have to test to join the unit if they make a regrouping test.
