Treadway Clan

The source for most of this info is taken from "Pioneer Families Clay County Kentucky 1769 - 1969 By Kelly Morgan", I will add to this as info comes available, I'm not a Treadway researcher, as of yet, but posted this for those that are. This is easier then sending to each individual person that was interested and sorry but there was few dates, only names. This may take some time to download because of the photo, be patient.

Peter Treadway came from N.C. to the head of Red Bird River bringing with him his wife, Molly and a number of his own family. If any other Treadway came into Clay Co. there is no record of them. Peter is buried at his first Ky. Home at the head of Red Bird River, but his wife is buried at the Treadway Cemetary near the mouth of Jacks Branch at Goose Creek.

This concludes the records of the Treadway Family from this book. I know this is nothing fancy but it gets the info on the internet. If you have any info to add e-mail it to me at boaz@sun-spot.com , Hope this was of help to anybody that might have viewed. If it does then fantastic if not don't give up, the info you seek is here somewhere, just keep looking. Months go by and when I think I have found everything that can be found something new drops in my lap and I start afresh. God Bless you all. (See Photo Below)
