My Soulmate

Throughout my life I've seen a lot of pretty faces I'd like to meet
But finding someone's who's beautiful on both the outside and inside
Is a rarity I thought I'd never see
Until you walked into my life

I always thought a soulmate was something fictional
But the way you make me feel inside
I know it has to be something magical
You have this power over me that can't be denied

Everything that hurts you hurts me too
All I wanna do is fill your life with nothing but joy
I swear to you that my love will always be true
What we have cannot be destroyed

And if you should ever feel alone
Just remember that my heart always stays with you
All you have to do is pick up the phone
I'll do nothing but my best to help you through

I know I've told you "I love you" before
But I wonder if you realize just how deep these feelings are
You make me feel I'm at Heavens' door
You're the greatest person in the world by far

And I know I don't always have a lot to say
When you're around my mind goes blank, but my heart stays full
I just want to treasure every breath you take
And make all your dreams come true

I can't believe I've got you next to me once again
I've been waiting so long just to look into your eyes
Now I never want this time to end
I don't want to have to say good-bye

I want to spend every waking hour with you by my side
Cause every minute without you just doesn't feel right
It drives me crazy thinking of you day and night
But I know I'll be doing it the rest of my life
